    The guy working at billing(also front desk) is not a honest person. I was told to get my teeth filling done would cost $50 by him so I made my appointment. But in the end I received a bill charged me $99.80. So I called to ask why is that and I was just genuinely curious why and wanted to see if there is anything wrong that can be fixed. The person who worked at billing was so RUDE. He first insisted he told me $50 was just estimate, which I argued that was not true otherwise I wouldn't have called today because I received a surprise bill. And he kept blaming on me I wasn't telling the truth with really bad attitude. He was so ARROGANT and refused to even try to communicate with me. His attitude actually hinted that he was not honest and genuine at the beginning, otherwise why he overreacted so much. He said "it was just ONLY $99.80 bill and you are arguing on it." Excuse me, there are tons of poor and homeless people out there hungry because of no money. There is high inflation going on and economic recession potentially coming. This person not only showed 0 empathy, but also refused to accept and admit his mistake. I think every doctor and dentist deserve to get paid for their work. And I DID pay my bill in the end. But this person's character weakness makes him not qualified the job he currently has, which deeply affects doctor's and dentist's pay.

    Dr. Vamvas is extremely professional. She wants the best for your dental health and all of her work has been exemplary. She and her team will keep nudging you to do the best that you can for your oral health. I consider myself fortunate to have found them.

    I was there with my son and I noticed how the front desk black guy talks down to the customer & goes to his co workers talks about clients. He cancelled appointment and yell at people. They should get rid of him. We been coming there 14 years and we never saw rude people like them. He should be trained how to be professional. Unacceptable attitude. People have insurance and it's not for FREE. Needs to be FIRE. Managers must know what's going on the office and how he makes uncomfortable. They don't deserve to be given 1 points. Should be -00000. Horrible front desk black guy and management.

    TERRIBLE!! New management. I confirmed my appointment a week ago and they did not have it on their system. I wasted my time driving there at peak hour in the middle of the rain and they couldn't explain why the appointment was not in their system. I'm not coming back, service is average.

    Their services are poor. Even, their patient data base system is poor. After we left them even email and scheduling is coming. We call to the front desk and they are unable to fix it. Especially don't take your kids to this place. They manager poorly my kids and treat bad. Especially people of color are not well treated.

    If you are looking for an orthodontist, I would recommend choosing another practice. The orthodontist comes once a week, they cancelled about half of our appointments, often the same morning. As a result my son’s braces were on for nearly a year longer than planned. If this had happened only during the height of pandemic, I wouldn’t be leaving a review but it happened back in 2019 and was still happening in 2022.

    Been a patient here for about 3 years and never had a bad experience. They have been handling the pandemic well, too. Everyone is in protective gear and they even leave the windows open a little for ventilation in each room. Jamie is great, the staff is pleasant and everyone genuinely cares about your health. If they take your insurance, I highly recommend!

    Dental Services P.C. does a reasonable job when it comes to routine hygiene cleanings, but I have experienced some issues when it came to crowns and repeated pain.

    Furthermore, there is a significant issue with rescheduling of appointments. I have had some appointments scheduled months in advance but last minute there are staff cancelations. This company does not build in a contingency plan within their schedule that allows for these to be rescheduled in a timely manner when it is a scheduling issue on their end. This results in a rescheduling of the original appointment to 3 or 4 months after the original. This is not the ideal way for care to be provided given the large lapses in timing that can occur. I can understand when rescheduling occurs within the next 2 weeks, but 3-4 months is unacceptable.

    Have been going here for about 15 years even after moving two towns over 14 years ago. It's so worth the drive because the team and care is fantastic. My dental hygienist, Lady, is the BEST: gentle, efficient and warm as a person! Dr. Babo is a pro as a dentist. Even as a small biz, they have the latest tech to keep your care up to date, yet know all of their patients as people. Great place.

    I was a cline in this place for more 20 years, it was very convenient for me because I work in the are very close.
    But this year customer cervices really let me down, and just for that reason I went to another place.
