I’ve been client for this practice over 5 years working with doctor Babo she’s very professional and she dose amazing work. Front desk Sarah and rest of the team are friendly and always helpful. One of the best dentist practice in Cambridge.

They HIGHLY insist or even require patients get x-rays every dental cleaning and treat it as if it's normal, which it isn't. Seemed like they just want to get more money. I had a medical condition which made it so that I needed to go easy on the radiation, and even when they found out about that, they still insisted as if I had said nothing. Where are their priorities!? I can't get radiation unless I have an issue that 100% warrants it! THEN the doctor told me I had a tiny cavity after the person in training took a look at my mouth and found nothing (all in the same first meeting), and I didn't even bother to make an apt to fill it because I didn't trust them. I needed to go to work after the appointment but they insisted that they needed my x-rays from my other doctor's office before doing a routine cleaning. The staff except for one woman was overall very rude to me. I only went once and I will never go back again!

I have really enjoyed going to this office over the past few years. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, while providing me with great care. They give excellent communication with clients, the office location is conveniently located near public transit, and there is parking available. It checks all of the boxes for me!

I just had to change an appointment with Dental Services PC. I called on a Tuesday the day after Patriot day. My appointment was for Wednesday afternoon. I was told I will be charged a $50.00 fee because I didn't cancel 48 hours in advance. Never heard of being charged for rescheduling at a dentist and can't believe they get away with this! Horrible customer service! I am going back to my old dentist in Lowell. They have always been great and never a problem when I needed to reschedule. I only switched because my job is now in Cambridge.

Terrible and extremely unprofessional at the front desk. Hygenist was eating in the operatory after doing my daughter's cleaning and wating for the dentist to do an exam. Hygenist must have been looking at someone else's chart because she was telling me that my daughter needed a filling when she had no cavities.

I do not recommend this clinic to anybody. I have had a very bad experience with these guys. I requested an estimate in advance and was informed by the help desk that I'm completely covered by the insurance, then they sent me a bill of value $820. I've wasted 3 hours on calls with them and I've been asking for their office manage. I was informed 4 times (each time I called) that the office manager will call me back. Until this day, I haven't heard back from the office manager.

Very poor clinic, staff is not trustworthy and very unreliable.

We had a great experience here. The pediatric dental department is great. They are very child friendly and patient and took good care of my daughter. I also like that they had a play area for the kids.

Love these folks. Open Saturdays. Always available during emergencies. Professional Staff, very informative. They gave me a great referral for a root canal. My wife and I could not do without!

This place used to have someone of a family vibe. The work done was always fine over the years, but the family vibe and friendly service kept me. Had a bad experience I won't lament about, but shopping other options now.

This is the worst dental office that you might find.
The receptionists are rude and not professional. Be careful, at the beginning, they would tell you that your examination and the other procedures are totally covered by your insurance just get your foot in. Few days later, you will receive a big bill in your mail box.
