My two kids have been coming here for the past 5 years; the oldest is 9 yo now. They come twice a year for checkups and cleanings (various dentists over the years), and the older one started seeing Dr. Caulfield for orthodontia 8 months ago. We have been very happy with all aspects of the care so far. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. They are great with kids - even young kids - making them comfortable and they always get a goody bag. They've handled the insurance fine, though we haven't had anything very complicated so far. They never push x-rays or other procedures. We will keep going here!

Simply the best!from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the front desk staff. Always friendly and helpful! The Hygienists are remarkable! Engaging, professional and fun ! Ya that’s right, even though they have sharp objects in their hands and put those into your mouth I wouldn’t want anyone but Lady and Hillary for the job! Dr Babo is relaxed, warm and wonderful. She makes a crown visit a breeze! “ the sun makes me happy”! Quite a crew.

I have been around for a long time (80 years) and have been to many dentists I put Dental Services close to the top. They fitted me with a partial plate to replace the ill fitted one I was using.. this one works I never go without it. I have read some of the negative posts and can't agree at all with their comments

I've never been a fan of the dentist because I absolutely hate needles but Dr Damon helps ease my anxiety. Sarah out front is always awesome with helping me figure out what insurance will cover and how much I'll owe at upcoming appointments. I highly recommend Dental Services in Cambridge!!

This dentist is terrible. Most things in the other poor reviews also happened to me. The WORST part is they lied to me that I had a cavity the needed to fill when I did not. I was suspicious when they said I did (that weird feeling you get when you sense someone is not being honest) but there were other clues: first the hygienist told me my teeth were in great shape when she cleaned them. Then the dentist came in for less than 30 seconds (and it was not my dentist who I had seen twice and whom my appointment was scheduled with). She told me I had a cavity with barely a glance in my mouth. I asked her how she knew and she said it was in my notes from the last appointment. I asked why they had not mentioned this in the last appointment and she said then it was not yet time to fix it but now it was. Anyway, my suspicions were raised so I went to another dentist. The experience was much better, they took xrays and closely examined after I told them what the other dentist had said. They said I had absolutly no cavities. And because you cant cure a cavity from my understanding, the only explanation is that they were lying to squeeze more money out of my insurance plan. BUT I could have had an unnessisary procedure to fill a cavetity which seems very invasive just to squeeze insurance. I was horrified.

In addition, the three times I went to this place (the cavity experience was the last) the three different hygenistis were totally crazy with the most uncomfortable conversations and my teeth often hurt after (which has never happened at another dentist).

Finally, they said I needed a night gard and I did, but they quoted 500-600 dollars. At my new dentist the complete cost was 200 dollars.

I would highly recommend that no one go here.

Dental Services has been providing my dental car care for about 5 years. The folks there are friendly, helpful, and skillful in my experience. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Damon and his assistant, Martha, are both extremely competent and personable professionals. I've had three three teeth crowned (so far) and the quality of Dr. Damon's work is top notch. I feel very fortunate to have received their care.

The hygienist was very gentle and thorough with a lot of useful information, and I have good teeth. Staff were understanding about why I could not just throw $625 at a night guard right now, nor thousands of dollars at an implant and crown, even though it will be "high living" once I do. The dentist did recommend a $30 answer to the preferred night guard to protect my teeth as best I can for now. Retail costs for service can be expensive, but they are everywhere as a function of being in Massachusetts. Because I had just left a stressful job, without yet having another, and, therefore, dental insurance, they gave me at least a 10% discount on the cleaning and the exam. I do think every business does deserve to make money, especially where there is a true exchange of value. Staff have always been genuinely kind. The dentist was somewhat later than ideal, but it's a plus because it means he was giving the attention he needed to give to the person he was seeing ahead of me. Until or unless I can find easier costs, I am going to continue to come here as I have for a few years and definitely recommend to anyone to feel free to do the same.

I was worried to come because of bad reviews on yelp and google. After mweting with Dr. Cheong I was so happy. She was very knowledgeable and caring. It was hard for me to find a new dentist but I am glad I came here. She looked at a filling I had that another dentist said needed to be refilled. She said she found no reason to replace it. I was happy with her honesty and patience to answer all my questions. I would have given 5 stars except the receptionist with the long hair in the front had an attitude. Not sure of she was having a bad day.

Dental Services is an amazing Dentist's office. Every time I go there they are trying a new way to make the visit more efficient, from self-checkins on the laptop to digital X-rays, the process goes smooth.

My dental hygenist Candace is super nice and great at what she does. The cleanings and X-rays always go smooth and I haven't had any problems since following her advice years ago.

I highly recommend them!
