Oh my God ! Dr. Govostes and Lauren are the Dream Team. They worked seamlessly to install a same day implant on my front tooth that was cracked on Labor Day while eating a chicken wing. I was afraid of same day implants but I'm SO glad I did it. I'll have to be careful for a few months and eat on the side of my mouth but it's so much better than a flipper. What was simply amazing was that Dr. Govostes was able to take the veneer of my cracked tooth and bond it to the composite material around the abutment so it looks like my regular tooth. If you know anyone that needs an implant send them to Dr. Govostes and Lauren at Concord Woods.

I recently changed job locations, and Concord Woods is completely out of my usual travels, but I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I loved Concord Woods before my dentist, the former owner of the practice, retired. When I tried a new dentist at CWD she told me I needed over $10,000 in work (only a small fraction of which would be covered by dental insurance), including multiple fillings, a half dozen crowns, and a $464 bite guard. Some of it was urgent she insisted, some could wait for my insurance to re-up a month later. I scheduled the urgent stuff, including filling cavities she convinced me were going to have me in excruciating pain any day, then I got sick and couldn't make it to my appointments for a few months. I realized that after all that time nothing was bothering me so I went to my kids' family dentist for a second opinion. His diagnosis was, "You have one tooth that might require a filling some time in the future, but I don't see anything that needs to be done now." That was 3 1/2 years ago and I've had nothing but cleanings since then and haven't experienced a single problem with my teeth. Needless to say I haven't returned to CWD.

My daughter has pretty significant anxiety about getting a cavity filled. The process that Dr. Brady used to anesthetize her was perfect - numbing jelly first followed by a very small needle to increase the numbing followed by a big needle to finish the job. My daughter hardly felt any pain at all and got through it much easier than expected.
