My first visit as a new patient with Nashoba Family Dentists was yesterday, February 28, 2022. Everyone I met greeted me warmly and genuinely and made me feel very comfortable. :) The offices are clean and bright and this also made me feel immediately comfortable. The care I received was top notch; the staff, particularly Amanda and Dr. Patel, took the time to speak with me and answer my questions and provided me information about my dental health that was clear and very helpful. I can’t say enough about Nashoba Family Dentists and I am very excited to be a new patient here! :)

I couldn’t ask for a more wonderful dental office! I have major dental anxiety and was lucky enough to find this office and Dr. Bahn when I moved to the area 3+ years ago. My dental hygienist is the absolute best and I only schedule with her and Dr. Bahn is so gentle and understanding when it comes to dealing with anxiety. She goes slowly during producers and tells your exactly what she’s going to do and listens to your concerns. A great office from beginning to end of each appointment!

Dentists are good. Assistants responsible
for scheduling are terrible. They simply schedule your appointment without talking to you. Then few days prior to the appointment you get a message to confirm, and if you cannot go they have no flexibility to accommodate you soon… you have to wait about 5-6 months. And the worst thing, they are still getting new patients. Poor customer service. I said I would then have to find another place/dentist because my appointment would be to far away and the attendant replied “ok”. She did not even tried to convince me to stay. Again, no customer focus at all. Would not recommend this place.

Nashoba Family Dentists were able to help me with a dental emergency during the week of Thanksgiving. Everyone was very helpful and efficient. The dentist developed a plan for getting my broken tooth repaired. I am very happy with the visit. I will definitely be returning for my regular dental needs. The office was very efficient and a lot of the paperwork was done online before the visit.
