With so many people gave 5 stars, I feel bad to give just two stars. The facility is clean, the staff are nice. But there is a big problem of communication!
I made an appointment for cleaning, and ended up with a full mouth x-ray and checking. By the time I asked the cleaning, I was told she did not have enough time to do it. So I had to make another appointment.
I spent the money and time for the service I did not ask, and did not get the service I booked for.
The worst part is no body is responsible, no corrective action!
Added notes: The following visits were pretty good. So I changed the rating to 4 stars.

Highly recommend Nashoba Family Dentists ... I've been a patient since I lived nearby, and feel it's worth it to stick with them even after I moved away several years ago ... Carey Ann is the best dental professional and I'd give her and the friendly staff ten stars if the scale went that far !

What a great atmosphere! The staff was friendly and professional. The service was great. My wife and I are pleased with our dental work. During these Covid times, I felt comfortable with the procedures they had in place to ensure everyone's safety (waiting in car until ready to be seen, wearing masks, checking temps, hand sanitizer, social distancing, etc.)

I honestly can’t say enough positive things about Dr.Patel. She is incredibly kind and patient and truly listens. She was so kind to my wife in restorative work and to me every time we go. Professional staff, very talented and helpful assistants and hygienists, advanced technology, really a great office.

Nashoba Family Dentists' staff make going to the dentist easy!! Expecting my appointment to be long, drawn out and painful - I was pleasantly surprised by how easy Dr. Curley made it. I have been a patient of theirs for years, and appreciate not only Dr. Curley, but his entire staff's easy going nature, humor and generally making you feel welcome, well cared for & like a person - not just the next body in the chair. THANKS for taking great care of us - especially during Covid - stay well!

Nashoba got me in on an emergency opening as my back tooth had a hole in it when some of my tooth and an old filling broke off. I called in the morning and was seen at 2pm that afternoon. The staff was extremely helpful and fixed my tooth within the hour. I'll definitely continue on at this office with all of my dental work/cleanings!

Melanie does a great job. She's focused and great about pointing out areas that you could improve. Overall the office staff are friendly and to the point in processing your appointment changes and payment. Highly recommend Nashoba Family Dentist.

I drive further than I should for the excellent service at Nashoba Family Dentists. Email and text reminders for my appointments, a great office staff, skilled techs and hygienists and Dr. Curley is professional with great manner for those not that comfortable at the dentist like myself. Can't recommend more.

Still the same. Tried a couple of other offices when I moved out of state and still found my way back. It’s a differently positive experience.

I needed a new dentist office that would take my insurance and I am so happy I ended up at Nashoba Family Dentists! Everything from receiving information, to finding and booking appointments was a breeze. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! My Dentist and the hygienist examined my teeth and gave me a realistic assessment on the work I need done along with helpful tips and suggestions that made me feel so much better regarding the assessment I received from my other dentist. Their professionalism and the knowledge shown by the front desk staff and the dental staff makes me feel confident I will be receiving the best care at NFD!
