I went to this dentist when they first opened and it was great but I moved and ended up going to excel on Jackson St . Yesterday I called to make appointment and excel dismissed me and never called back. So I decided to call perfect dental and they were AMAZING! Very nice and respectful ladies working in the front and the dental assistants and dentist were so so amazing!! Great place! Won't ever go anywhere else!

Amazing place I love getting my teeth cleaned here. The staff are friendly and the place is so clean. I got my filling done here too and they did a great job. Explained everything and made it easy and fast. Only place I go to for the dentist in the Middlesex area. Highly recommend.

I had to change dentists after my insurance changed. Perfect Dental was very accommodating to my schedule. They were able to book a last minute appointment to have a procedure done. The office was very clean and the staff were all super friendly. The doctor was very professional and gentle with the tools. Highly recommend this office.

I went to my appointment on July 8, 2022, for my 6-month routine Xray's, Cleaning and Examination. After my Xray's were taken and reviewed by the Dentist. He examined me and found several issues that needed to be addressed, some could be performed at their office, one would need to be reviewed by a Specialist. After my examination, an Assistant went over the cost to perform the work based on my Dental Insurance, which only provides 2 Examines, Xray's and Cleaning is covered without any out-of-pocket expense. I understand I need to have my dental problems addressed and repaired. I was disappointed that I didn't get my routine cleaning, my insurance was billed for a portion of today's visit, however, why not do a cleaning. I pay a Premium for 2 cleanings per year and what harm was it to get a cleaning during this visit? I'm there and I would have at least got some benefit regardless of the additional work required. The Dentist is very good, I like him........only wished a Hygienist did my cleaning.

Very clean and professional staff. Once arriving I filled out some paperwork and my name was called less than 10 minutes later. The dentist is so friendly and went to BU for dental school. She told me my teeth were some of the best she’s seen in a long time. I’m definitely coming back here for a cleaning again. It’s not so easy to find a clean and affordable dentist these days. 10/10 keep it up Perfect Dental

Not professional, you are lied to when you book an appointment. They stated to me 1 price over the phone and in person its another price. You are forced to pay for a deep cleaning if needed, which i am sure they tell you that you need it so that you end up paying over 500 for a cleaning. If you deny it you do not get a cleaning at all. Atleast train your staff and take responsibility so that all patients have all info prior to waisting their time in making an appointment and actually going in. I do not recommend to anyone!
