I find it shocking and insulting to be asked for my credit card to be charged prior to the scheduled appointment.
the Dental Arts Studio of Cape Cod office is located less than two miles from my house in Eastham, so I called them to make an appointment . To my surprise the booking person named Lisa asked me for my credit card to to charge me in advance of Dr visit for the next day appointment. I certainly believe in paying my dues on times as it is the responsibility of all loyal citizen of America. I am just hoping that my disappointment experience with the Dental Arts Studio of Cape Cod is a policy for all new patients and not just for me , otherwise I feel I am being treated unequal !!!

I sent my adult son to Dr. Nadia. He was terrified to go to a dentist. He did not take care of his teeth and he was afraid of what might be involved if he went to one. He had been putting off going to a dentist because he had a very bad experience during his last dental appointment. Dr. Nadia took his anxiety and fear very seriously and made him feel at ease. He has a long road ahead of him; but he is not in pain nor is he afraid anymore and plans to continue to see her until his mouth is complete.
