Revere Dentistry and Braces

Staff is amazing. They really do go above and beyond. I needed a crown to be done before my international trip and front desk personnel, DH and doctor made sure it was done. I was happy with the result.

Totally disappointed with this place. I went for a cleaning and they charge me $150. Specially with the front desk because they were the ones who didn't give us the correct information. my wife made me an appointment for a cleaning.she told the girl on the phone that it was going to be my first time going to this place. after when I showed up for my appointment one girl at the desk looked at me when I came in and didn't' welcome me or asked do you have an appointment, until another girl came by and asked. I am pretty sure the other girl wasn't doing something important on the computer because I saw her screen.but anyways they did not tell me that they were going to take images of my teeth and something extra that they did until I got a billed on my mail. I went there just to get a cleaning and they did images of the teeth and other stuff that they added to the billed.there was no communication. I went back to talk to them in person and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. so I ended up paying 150 dollars for something extra that they charge me for. they say is because I am a new patient. they should've told me this since the beginning. I will not go back to this place and absolutely won't recommended.

Great location.. the dr was super nice and he was able to get me in right away for my tooth ache. the front desk answered all my questions. they were even able to find out my insurance information for me because i forgot my card at home, i was worried i was going to lose my appointment time, especially since they made the appointment the same day too.glad i found a new dentist! check them out, they're new to the area, you wont be disappointed.

Great customer service from both dental team and front desk associates! Erica and Allison were extremely helpful with providing information on pricing and payment plans! Would definitely recommend, and will be returning for more work!

I just had my first cleaning in over a couple years I was a little nervous heading into the office but to my surprise this office had exceeded my expectations!The office is so beautiful and clean and the staff is amazing! The entire team made me feel so welcomed and I quickly forgot about how nervous I was I can’t wait to see everyone again in a few weeks when I bring my 5 kids in! Elizabeth, Adriana, and Milena Jenifer and Luana and Dr Shabani those people were the team to take care of me at revere dentistry and braces for my treatment they all go beyond and professional and good people.

I’m giving 1 star because I didn’t even get a chance to see the dentist. So, I had an appointment for 9am & 10am for my son and daughter. I made these appointments a month and a half ago. I got regular updates to reconfirm that I’m going to the appointment and my insurance was verified as well. I got here and the front desk told me that they don’t accept my insurance and I’d have to pay out of pocket. I was shocked especially because I got the referral to this office from my insurance. I even printed out all the dentists listed there from this office that accepted my insurance. She said they just hired 2 new dentists a few weeks ago and they do not accept MetLife. That would have been nice to know before I got there and took the whole day off from work.

Very nice staff and the new office looks great. The doctor was extremely informative and personable.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Revere Dentistry & Braces is not transparent with their treatment plans. Repeated requests to be provided one were met with promises to email that did not materialize. I signed up for their care program. I paid for all procedures prior to services rendered. And yet I still received bills for the full amount in the mail and a collections call from their office. When the billing department saw their mistake in their system during that call, they told me I needed to bring in a letter stating that the "credits" (read: full payment rendered prior to service) be applied to the charges they claim I haven't paid. I ask when is a good time to bring by the letter, they state that lunch the following day is fine. I show up at lunch, per their request, and they will not let me in to resolve the account or give me anything saying it will be resolved. They say they will email me. Their history of emails (see treatment plan requests) is terrible and I am not holding my breath that this will be resolved with a paper trail from them. My experience with them extends to the summer prior to the pandemic. So this is not a failure due to that. This is just how this office is operated. They have such a high turnover of dentists and staff, it has never been the same one for each appointment. This place is a scam. Do not go here unless you plan on losing time and hard earned money.

absolutely love going here to see Natasha with the whole family, she always takes such good care of us and is the reason we come back.
