Most of the good reviews probably aren’t recent.
I’ve been going here since I was about 16.
But the 2020 Pandemic made all the good doctors quit, leave, be let go, all the good nurses left as well.
Now they only hire nurses or doctors that are new or inexperienced.
I had some lady stick her hands in my mouth for X-rays with NO GLOVES, the nurse also didn’t change any protective wear for X-ray machines, then the doctor hurt my gums multiple times. That was the last straw, I told the front desk lady I wasn’t coming back because it was unsanitary and they hurt me for the first time in 6 years.

I went to the dentist to fix my TMJ problem. They recommended me for a night guard and that they can get it done for me. Once they finished doing my impressions, I was heading out to leave and the front desk told me I had to pay. No one informed me that and had to pay $500 out of pocket for it. I wish the dentist told me the cost or whether my insurance covered it for me. No information was given to me regarding about that. I think its wrong there was no informed consent and I am dissatisfied. Every medical decision should be made with all information needed. I wouldnt have gotten a night guard if I knew I had to pay out of pocket.

The worst dental for ever they change the dentist every 3 to 5 months just to get training in your mouth. They give me an estimate before I did the crown and they charge me deferent amount when they done and I paid them, after 3 years I received a bill to pay again hhhhhh when I give them a call they said because they don’t get paid from my insurance hhhhhh. Never trust this place

Before I came to American dental, I went to another dental. The doctor said for me we have to make surgery for taking off two wisdom teeth.
But when I came here at American dental D. Saif had taken off two wisdom teeth without any surgery. Also, you can't feel by hard pain.
I recommended this Dental if you have any problem with your teeth.
Really I had a good experience with them.

All the good comments are because they encourage first time patients to write a review after the first cleaning. If you just want a teeth cleaning then your experience will be good. Anything outside of that will be a nightmare especially since you’ll have to deal with the rude receptionist consistently and her nasty attitude will show up though she hides it well in the beginning. Wish I knew what I know now before going there. Wouldn’t recommend when there are better places with consistently great service.

This is the dentist to go to if you’re having anxiety or nervousness . They are ALL amazing including the lady at the desk. They actually care about you and helped me through my anxiety because the thought of the dentist or pain i tend to freak out. Once i get there the nervousness goes away. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

I started going to this place back in 2020. I had read all their reviews and said 300 people cannot be wrong about this place. Well, it turns out they are indeed a 5 star place. They are super nice. Very efficient. Speak multiple languages and a very warm atmosphere. I would say the manager, Sandra is one of the best people I have seen that runs an office and a very busy one. I have no idea how she remembers everything and they kept calling me to get my tooth taken care of after a root canal. They were wonderful to remind me that I needed a new crown or permanent filling. They truly care. I highly recommend this place. You will love Sandra and the rest of the lovely ladies that work there. They work with you too. They know how expensive dental work is they try and help. Their zoom whitening price was so much less than other places. They don't want to bankrupt you. This is sort of rare these days. Healthy teeth means good health.

My friend went here & told me how bad one of the receptionist treated her. Booked her the 2nd time w/ another person at same time she was having a procedure done that took longer than needed. This other time her friend called & the same receptionist was rude. To whoever owns this place Have Better Employees. Who knows how many of those reviews are fake!!
