I know that going to the dentist is not something that people look forward to, but since dental health care is a necessity, choosing the right one can make a huge difference. The staff at Smiles of Salem are not only very professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled , they are also all very kind and caring. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Dr. Shevchenko takes the time to explain things to you and answer any questions that you may have and Wendy, who works at the front desk, reviews your visit with you in detail to make sure that you are comfortable with everything. I highly recommend that you give them a try!

I had to switch dentists about a year or so ago and started going to Dr. Shevchenko at Smiles of Salem and I have to say I have had a really great experience there. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Shevchenko is extremely professional and always so nice. I also feel everyone has educated me more around my teeth and gum health than prior dentists which I love. I highly recommend Smiles of Salem if you are looking for a new dentist!

I always have a great experience here! The staff is incredibly friendly and the dental hygienist always takes time to talk with me about any concerns I have. I’ve learned more about gum health and cleaning techniques here compared to any other office. Would definitely recommend!

Just left the dentist and had a really good experience. The dentist and her staff are professional and knowledgeable. I had old silver fillings replaced with white ones and the whole process went so smoothly! I recommend visiting Smiles of Salem!

Really positive experience with this dental office! The staff is very friendly, the dental hygienist took the time to explain everything regarding my dental care and oral health, did a thorough and efficient job of gathering information at my initial visit, and provided really thorough and helpful education and tips for home dental care. The dentist was also helpful and efficient with her exam. I felt that the team listened to my concerns. The front desk staff were so welcoming and lovely, and took time to explain the billing and insurance coverage, and very patient and personable. After not having been to the dentist for a few years since the COVID pandemic started, I was apprehensive about going to the dentist, but everyone was friendly, professional, and non-judgmental. This was probablt the most positive experience I have had at the dentist; I was impressed with how much education and explanation I received, which is not typical of my previous experiences at the dentist. I’m glad to be able to bring my son to this dentist practice also soon. My husband also started coming here for dental care, and he had only positive things to say, and he typically is nervous about dentist visits and dental procedures. Highly recommend this practice.

I absolutely love this office!! Wendy at the front desk is excellent she always takes the time to always explain my insurance coverage which I really appreciate because no other medical office I've been to does that. The Dentist and whole staff are so friendly and gentle!! 10/10

Great dental practice! I feel welcome, appreciated, and teeth are well cared for. Dr. Alba Kokoneshi was gentle and patient when helping me through my anxiety over getting 2 fillings and did a great job.
