I had been going to the same practice since I was 8 years old and have only had 3 dentists my whole life! I am now a senior. My dentist of the last 20+ years retired and Smiles took over the practice.
I was a bit nervous, but I have to say Smiles is great. The office is clean and bright and there is lots of parking. They have all the latest modern equipment. And most important, the doctor and staff are great… friendly, organized and professional! I’ve had cleanings, restoration work and a crown done there and have been totally satisfied.
I would recommend Smiles of Salem for your dental work.

Dental hygienist Caroline gave me excellent tips for removing plaque daily. Dr. Schevchenko uses the latest equipment to take pictures of teeth to show the presence of cavities, etc. She patiently explains her recommendations for treatment and does excellent work. Very pleased.

I cannot say enough good things about this office, the customer service here is outstanding! My husband and I were having some serious issues with our insurance and Wendy at the front desk helped us every step of the way. She called our insurance for us, kept up consistent contact with us, and even helped me when I had to contact them myself. After months, fighting with our insurance we finally got it figured out, I would have given up if it wasn't for Wendy. Dmitry and Wendy are the dream team at the front desk! As for the dental work itself, I have seen Caroline several times for and she has been stellar! After not being to the dentist for a (very)long time, she answered all of my questions and eased me through the whole process, she is efficient and gentle! Thank you Smiles!

Highly recomend had my first visit was very happy if your like many that dont like dentist then you need to visite Smiles of Salem belive me just from the beging when you go in your greeted by Wendy who with her smile and way of treting you makes you feel like you walked in to a famílies home. The waiting room very clean it looks like a little livingroom very cozy . Caroline the Hygienist very sweet and professional will explain everything you have to know when shes taken the x-ray you can actualy see everything. They have up todate equipment its so cool your kids would love it.Dr Harbpinder Shevchenko very Professional and nice .So dont just take my word visit them you will not regret it.
