I had been searching for a dentist for quite awhile when I came across Shawsheen Dental. I was intrigued by their proximity to my home and their hours due to working in downtown Boston. Dr. Bustillo-Gonzalez and her staff are so warm and accommodating. Their services are done efficiently and yet, they take great care. They get you in and back to your day. They work with you to get services you need done with the least stress as possible. Their offices are clean, bright and modern. Iād also like to highlight Amy and Eileen as my favorite dental assistant and hygienist. They are so informative and friendly and just make you feel good about coming to the dentist. Thank you for having such a nice practice. It is massively appreciated.

Eileen was awesome!!! I was super scared of the cleaning because I haven't gotten to see a dentist in years, but she was super attentive and I had almost no pain despite her getting a LOT of tartar off. I've never had a dentist be so gentle while also doing such a thorough cleaning. Very good listener as well!
Probably the only dentist that I've ever been able to say I'll be happy to see again!

This is actually my second review, second five star review I should say... yesterday Dr. Bustillo and Donna put in 2 crowns for me. It was almost like being at a spa, a very Zen-like experience. They are so professional as well as caring. They gave me the crowns but it is the two of them who deserve the crowns š š

Great experience every time I come here. The receptionist I called to schedule my appointment was super nice and friendly and it was quick and easy to get an appointment as a new patient and returning patient. The waiting area and dental area were very clean. The hygienist, Eileen, is fantastic. Amazing experience - she is nice, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. The dentist was also very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I recommended to my family and my mom and sister now go here too!
