I have been going to Shawsheen Family Dental for awhile, before it was Shawsheen Family Dental. I have to say Eileen (SP) did a fantastic cleaning, no stabbing, no blood . Lol. I have had some difficult cleanings in the past. Awesome job. All and all the team is very friendly and will work with your schedule. Dr. B is super nice and will never steer you wrong. Very good Dental practice. Very good team. I would recommend them 100%.

Dr.Carla Bustillo-Gonzalez is unprofessional. I had a concussion a couple months ago and certain things I react weird to, one of which was having a panic attack when getting numb for a deep cleaning. The next appointment I got a filling then cancelled 2 deep cleaning appts Dr.Bustillo's reaction was too tell me I'll do the fillings on my plan but then I have to find a new dentist. The next day I called the office to tell them the filling is too high. They said they would talk to the doctor and call me back. To my surprise nobody called me back. I waited for the next day to cancel the rest of my appointments and get a refund but was told she went out of the state for the rest of the week. After that day the secretary called me to give me my refund. Friendly office the people are nice. But heaven forbid you have to cancel appointments you already paid for ridiculous.

I haven't been to the dentist in almost a decade due to a terrible past experience, anxiety issues, as well as being a hypochondriac...Finally I mustered up the courage to go see a dentist thanks to the loving support of my boo :) I was extremely nervous but from the time I got in the chair to the time I left I was so soo very comfortable! Eileen is a Godsend! She was so sweet and attentive to me she completely rid me of my fears. You can tell that she cares deeply about her patients. Today was a great day for me! Anyone who has any fears or worries about going to the dentist, do yourself a favor and come here I guarantee you will not regret it!!!
