The day before my 1st appointment i was asked by text to delay my appointment by 2 hours, texted again 5 minutes later to come in 15 minutes early for xrays at my original appointment time, then they called to say nevermind, the DR was going to take a personal day. What about the day off i took? Now booking 2 months out - total waste of time.

Money hungry. Don't ask if you can afford night guard (forcing me to pay it up front without impressions) and when you ask the receptionist to not include it to my bill. I kept asking 6 times not to have it included and let me think about it. I did NOT get the option if I wanted the product or not. She has been forcing stuff on me. No boundaries or respect of their clients. Looking for another dentist.
