Future of Dentistry was there for me in an emergency- day before thanksgiving- traveling out of state and my crown broke(an old one)-They were so professional - taking me in less than an hour - Dr Sacchetti repaired my tooth in less than 30 minutes!! I am a happy patient!!

Dr. Couzo and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Couzo explained every step to diagnosing the discomfort in my tooth, relieved my pain and clearly explained next steps. I will be back soon to finish my treatment. I am in very good hands at Future of Dentistry.

Beware extra costs if out of network. I was totally misled by this practice. I specifically asked if they billed services at my insurances allowed levels. I was reassured that they did. Now I owe 3 times more than expected out-of-pocket because this is what they charged over amounts allowed by my insurance.
Also, they will make you get a comprehensive exam on the first visit even if your insurance does not cover it. I notified them that I recently had one and they reassured me they would not charge me for it. This was never noted on my billing record.
Overall, it seems there is very poor communication at this office and they purposely engage in misleading cost estimates.

Words could not express how kind and loving. They treat like family. I always have a hard time going to the dentist for years. I was terrified and left smiling with a glow. I didn't go back for 3 years due to work schedule as a covid nurse. I'm telling everyone now go. They will work with you no matter what is going. I'm actually looking forward to going back.

It is always a pleasure coming to this office. Everyone from reception to assistants, hygienist and doctors are wonderful, respectful and professional. Dr. Sacchetti and her assistant Johana are amazing!! Dr. Pastore is also great! I was nervous about having a root canal done due to horror stories I've heard, but Dr. Pastore made it a great experience, no discomfort whatsoever. I definitely recommend this office!!

This morning I was seen on an emergency basis for what was an extremely painful split tooth. I called the offiice as soon as they opened their doors this morning and explained the nature of my problem to Saundra. She was kind, sympathetic and asked that I should come in immediately.
I knew Dr. Casazza’s practice was second to none and worth the 40 mile drive from Northborough to Wakefield.
I was seen and cared for within minutes of walking through the door by Dr. Cifuni and his assistant, Darlene. I do not like having to go through dental experiences of any kind and came through the door in a heightened state of dental anxiety, but I was made to feel safe, respected, comfortable and well cared for.
Dr. Cifuni and Darlene were kind, cheerful, thorough and absolutely professional. I was made to feel totally informed and confident in what was to transpire.
The X-Ray showed my tooth was a disaster and simply couldn’t be saved and would need to be extracted. It wasn’t a simple extraction. Dr. Cifuni explained to me the measures he was taking as he worked. His keeping me informed made me feel better as he proceeded.
In the end it was all surprisingly quick, completely painless and a totally positive experience.
From the front desk to the Doctors on staff and everyone in between, I would highly recommend The Future Of Dentistry to anyone needing dental work.
They also host a membership program which provides discounts to its members for a surprisingly low yearly fee. I have an appointment for a cleaning in a few days and I plan to enroll prior to getting in the chair.
