Good experience with the staff as usual. Parking was ridiculously difficult. Much of the garage is closed I had to park in a different building. My advice is don’t go during the day with that garage. Why did they close the garage closest to the Mass General building? It’s not like the spaces were being used. At a park in a different building. Maybe I can put my appointment out longer. I am in no rush to come back to the garage.

Amazing experience! I had to have 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted and it was a painless procedure with just the numbing stuff. This is only day 2 after my extractions and I have not felt any pain or discomfort. The care instructions that I was given after were extremely thorough and specific. I used to need Nitrous Oxide constantly, but I finally had an appointment where I didnt need it, and I can honestly say it's because of all the amazing people there. They treat you with compassion, and genuinely care.

However, although I haven't been here in over a year since I moved, I would like to recount my experience just so that others can be aware.
I was told that I had cavities and should get them filled. (2 on bottom left and two on bottom right, a couple on the top...) Set up two different appointments to get them filled.
I got two filled, but I did not respond well to the local anesthetic (had a low-key anxiety attack). So I didn't opt to get the others filled. I wanted to find out how I can naturally get rid of cavities so I did my own research. Turns out that chewing xylitol gum can significantly help. This has been scientifically proven.
Also, upon further examination of my own "cavities", they looked extremely minor to me. I also read about how much of the time, fillings are not even necessary, and tooth decay is not always progressive and develops much slower than thought. (look up "are dental fillings necessary" on google and read all the reputable info)
Anyway, I bought a ton of xylitol gum, have been chewing it every other day since then. Went to another dentist today, and viola, I HAVE NO CAVITIES! Xylitol gum ACTUALLY WORKS. Also brushing after meals.
IN CONCLUSION: DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. Tooth decay can be prevented, stopped, and reversed naturally! I was disappointed that the dentists here were not transparent about preventative measures that didn't involve drastic/invasive drilling. No other option was ever mentioned. When I called to cancel my fillings @ NE associates the lady on the phone just warned me that it could eventually turn into a root canal situation... geez. Lesson learned; don't just leave it up to the folks in the white coats. The body is intelligent and miraculous in it's self-healing abilities.
