Perfect Smiles: Cosmetic, Family & Sedation Dentistry

I had a dental crown done about 10 days ago and it came out great. I'd like to especially recommend Lannon who was both pleasant and professional and she created a perfect crown!

Despite the glowing reviews, I have a completely different experience along with two other people I know that use to go here. I will only speak on my experience however. This will be a long review, but I feel this is VERY important to give a real perspective of what you will face here.

I will start by saying I have been a patient of the perfect smiles practice for about 3 years now. I came in for a crown in May. I have had a few crowns done, so I know the process and what to expect. A temporary crown was put in right away and was told the impression of the area that was taken will be sent to a lab for the permanent crown. Three weeks I would return to get the permanent put in and wouldn't you know, it wasn't "perfect". OK, I get it things happen at the lab. Dr. Ahern sent the crown back to the lab and I was scheduled for another try again three weeks later. Well, wouldn't you know, AGAIN the EXACT same issue as the first crown. Made the EXACT same way even though "the lab was told to make it differently". So now, i'm sure you guessed it, I have to come back AGAIN in another three weeks. At this point, I was ready to say just put the damn thing in and call it a day. I was assured this was not recommended and that they wanted to make it, well you guess it again, "perfect". I agreed hesitantly knowing there was bound to be another issue. Oh, sure enough, there was. Another three weeks of waiting and I was suppose to have my appointment today, 8/3/18 at 1:30 pm. At 12 I am notified the "case" did not come back yet and they have to schedule me in three weeks. What a wonderful heads up. I'm sure they had no idea a few days prior right? Nope, when I called the lady on the phone even said THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME DAYS PRIOR!

Clearly the crown came back, i'm not an idiot, and was made the same way so rather than go through the process again, they lie and say oh it didn't come in and we have to wait for it to be sent to us. Oddly, the same three week time frame. Clearly the real issue is that the impression of the area was never made properly. This has been over two months of a process, and while they did send me a $150 check last month, that means absolutely little to nothing when I've been given the run around on everything and waiting for so long. Ridiculous does not even begin to express the issue.

Bottom line: I would HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest going to any other dentist. I have NEVER had any issues with previous dentists and one actually made crowns IN HOUSE, not sent out to a lab (perhaps that practice is not typical but clearly helpful!)

Edit: I originally gave one star but since have felt the need to change it to 3. They did correct the issue and were more than fair. I can't give 5 because of the issue that led up to this, but 1 wasn't quite right anymore

Awesome people quick painless not expensive couldn't be anymore perfect staff is friendly and professional I would recommend this place to everyone ! High tech not your mom and dad's dentistry

When I first came to Perfect Smiles I didn’t have much to smile about. Well a year and a half later with the help of Dr Anderson and the entire staff in Westport I have much to smile about. Thanks to all of you for providing me with a smile people compliment me on!!! 🎄🤶🏻 Merry Christmas.

"The happiest place on earth!" From the moment my son and I walked in the door we were greeted with smiles, offered a tour of the office and received a gift just for the consult. Exceptional patient care, exceeded expectations.

I just want to upfront that everyone in the office was very nice. So,with that said I will have to say that when I brought my kids there I was suspicious as they have flat screen TVs everywhere and we left with gift mugs. We went back for a follow up and at that point I was brought into a private room to discuss procedures and cost. My kids only needed a couple of fillings redone as well as my self, I was then quotes a ridiculously high number and when I told the biller that we actually had two insurance providers she spent a lot of time rummaging thru a book and said another asinine price. I left there realizing who actually paid for the bells and whistles in the office.

I have been coming here since when I was a child and still travel over an hour to get my dental care here! Love the staff, love my hygenist. Very classy office. Highly recommend.

One of my veneers popped off. I needed a quick fix. I was able to get an immediate appointment. The people are great from the receptionist you first meet to the technicians and doctor who treat you. I had a very positive experience.

THE BEST PLACE TO RECEIVE DENTAL CARE! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I GOT MY WHOLE FAMILY TO GO HERE AND WE ALL LOVE OUR HYGIENIST NIKKI. I USED TO FEAR THE DENTIST AND NOW I LOVE GOING! SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME!

This was by far the best cleaning I’ve ever had! So thorough and honestly enjoyable between the heated massage chair and tv on the ceiling along with everyone there really makes for a truly exceptional experience!!
