Perfect Smiles: Cosmetic, Family & Sedation Dentistry

As usual, welcoming and professional staff. My dental hygienist was Brittany and she was fantastic. Great experience and super safe environment.

I visited Perfect Smiles in Westport, MA, about 80 miles from my home in Osterville (Cape Cod) based solely on the strength of my sister in law's recommendation. She was not exaggerating. From the ease of making an appointment, being taken into the treatment room ON TIME and made to feel incredibly comfortable and confident I was in the best possible hands meant a great deal. I did not feel at the mercy of the doctor; instead, I truly felt that the entire office was there to look after me. The hygienist was extremely concerned about my comfort during my cleaning and x-rays and Dr. Ahearn examined my entire mouth based upon the notes she made. A course of treatment was arranged, including referral to root canal specialist, financing and full course of action, including two subsequent appointments at Perfect Smiles and one to a specialist, all before departure.

I highly recommend this practice as being light years ahead of any other I have dealt with over the years!

Have been coming to perfect smiles for a few years now and have always had great service! Most recently my 3 year old had her first visit with Britney as her hygienist. They were so good with making her feel comfortable, she did a great job for her first cleaning! We then received a hand written note from Britney telling Charlotte how good she did 😊 very family friendly.

As it is with the Smiles people, I had another positive experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have never felt so comfortable going to the dentist! My dental emergency was met quickly and efficiently.

Until I went to Perfect Smiles about 10 years ago, I truly feared dental work and, therefore, would stay far away from dental visits. I'll never forget my first visit and how Dr. Ahearn eased my anxiety by taking the time to discuss my concerns with understanding and gentleness. All the staff are the epitome of professionalism and kind yet have fun doing what they do. I love that they explain all interventions before and during procedures while they make my comfort a priority. Thanks to Dr. Ahrarn and his Team, I am proud of my dental health and no longer fear keeping my visits current.

I cannot say enough about the Westport office at Perfect Smiles.Due to a terrible experience when I was younger and some anxiety issues, I had avoided the dentist for years to to the point that I knew I needed ALOT of dental work. I didn't even want to smile, never mind open my mouth or someone to examine it. When it got to the point that I was always in pain, I finally decided to suck it up and try again. I am SO glad I found Perfect Smiles. From the moment I emailed them, they were so helpful and friendly. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the other patients in the waiting room were so warm and inviting. They were non judge mental and the environment is so relaxing. I just finished up my second appointment (out of many) and I have absolutely no complaints. For anyone looking for a place for good, comfortable dental work ... this is it!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They are so thoughtful and has a welcoming gift as I was a new patient. Elise and Dr. Miranda were both phenomenal.

I can't believe how upset I am. I get that the pandemic has made things difficult for businesses, but it's not been much easier to have had care interrupted as a patient either.

Long story short, I needed an emergency extraction and called to see if I could get it pulled the same day. I was told that the person who does sedation in the Seekonk office was full, but that if I would go to the Westport office, and if they agreed that it needed pulled, it could be done the same day. I kept trying to make sure I understood because due to other health problems I have trouble walking and driving so I didn't want to waste a driver's time if I didn't need to. Again, I was assured they could sedate me on the same day.

I get to the office for my appointment (nervous) and am immediately informed that this is just a consult and my driver is sitting in the 90 degree car for no reason. So I freak out. I'm crying because it took all the courage I had just to get to this appointment and now I'm being told that the soonest they can fit me into the schedule for the extraction is in two weeks. Not "hey, we screwed this up, so we will stay late to fix it". Just, kinda "it sucks that your tooth hurts and you haven't slept for days, but not my problem".

Their prices are ridiculous but I was willing to pay for same day service. I won't be back. Whoever made my appointment should have never said they could do it, but their absolute lack of interest in inconveniencing themselves to fix the problem shows me the true character of the staff.

They only get one star because the poor dental assistant probably would have done something but the dentist was not having it.

Sorry folks, you lost a customer.

Great staff especially Danielle at front desk! My son loves coming here! Not only did they do a great job with his braces they also made sure he was comfortable at all times! They even gave him a brand new Phillips Sonic Care toothbrush and special toothpaste! I highly recommend this place for adults and children!

I can’t say enough about the staff at perfect smiles , from the minute you walk in the door.
They brought my anxiety level from 100 to a 5 in minutes.
The doctor is very kind and listens to your concerns.
I’m very comfortable in having my dental work being done here
