I now have been going to Perfect Smiles dentistry for a few years and I can honestly say that I have never felt more comfortable /relaxed with my dental care. I just had a dental cleaning by Nicole and she was excellent. She explained everything before she did it and would ask me if i am alright. As she was cleaning she made suggestions on how to improve my cleaning using my electric toothbrush. This is my dentistry of choice because i trust them.

What a great place! This takes dentistry to the next level. Staff from receptionist, to hygienist, to doctor herself were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to create a plan and have most of the work done in one day. Thank you!!!

My son has been there his whole life.
In Jan 2020, I expressed concern about my son's teeth. No dentist spoke to us but a hygienist said it looks good. Fast forward to 2021 and after rescheduling by them again we decided to get a 2nd opinion. Upon seeing the new dentist we are informed my son will need oral surgery to correct an issue. We will not know if this could have been caught earlier, but it appears it should have been.
I call to express my dissatisfaction and they schedule a video visit with the dentist. They actually didn't reschedule this but first I receive a text about covid precautions for a video visit!!! To top it off, it was with a dentist not involved with his care.
If you want a perfect smile, not sure this is the place to go. If you want substandard service with frequent rescheduling and being encouraged to buy expensive toothpaste this is the place.

I have been to more than 20 dentists in my lifetime and Perfect Smiles in Westport MA is BY FAR the best dentist office I have ever been too! The staff is always welcoming and more than accommodating! Dr. Neuenhaus is better than any dentist I have ever been too, and I've been to a lot! I will always recommend this practice to anyone I meet!

This is the best dentist operation I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, I had spent hours many years ago in search of an office that would make my young daughter have a positive experience in the dentist to Remove and anxiety. And Perfect Smiles Dentistry delivered every time. I now have my work performed here. I also drive an hour to go to this dentist office which is a testament to how well this operation ir run and what a pleasant experience the office consistently delivers.

Amazing experience! I had a lot of anxiety going into the appointment due to a past horrible dental experience, Iām talking 11 on a 1-10 scale, used deep breathing and lavender oil to calm down on the way there anxiety. I had an appointment within 48 hours of when I called. There was barely a wait for the room. When I walked in Vania immediately made the appointment so comfortable. She told me everything that was happening before it happened, used numbing cream during the cleaning, & equally talked to me about other things to take my mind off of the process. They were very informative and made sure I left feeling fully educated about their sedation options for future appointments and the at-home recommendations.
Everyone was sincerely asking about my wellbeing throughout and I quit literally am looking forward to going back. Highly recommend coming here if you are having any reservations about dental work!

From the moment I walked into Perfect Smiles, I felt as though I was in a spa. The place was impeccably clean. The front staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hygienist and dental assistants were very knowledgeable and very willing to answer all of my many questions. Dr. Neuenhaus' manner and skills were superb.
