If I could do 0 stars I would. They called today to remind me of an upcoming appointment next week and said to call back if that wouldn’t work anymore so they could see other patients. I called back to reschedule and they informed me that they need to charge me $50 for this upcoming appointment because I’m cancelling/rescheduling….even though I’m rescheduling a week ahead of the appointment. How ridiculous is that!? So just beware If you need to reschedule you’ll get charged $50!!! And the lady on the phone was extremely rude arguing with my husband! Will never recommend to friends or family.

I came here this morning because of a dental emergency . I am in Grand Rapids on vacation and 700 miles away from home . The fact that they were able to squeeze me in and be seen was in my opinion awesome . But it was the service and the personality of the dentist and all of his staff that made me give them the 5 stars . Everyone in the office were so nice and upbeat . Very welcoming and comforting . The dentist was able to get me fixed up ( and super quick ). If I didn’t live 700 miles away I would most DEF make this my permanent dentist ( honestly considering just driving the 12 hours every time I need dental work so I can get it done here ) by far the best experience I have ever had at the dentist !
