Anderson Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is a well run practice. They go out of their way to make appointments that will fit into your schedule. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have had numerous cleanings and check ups,, crown replacement, and Invisalign teeth straightening at this office. I had very friendly service when I came in for a teeth cleaning. Very good service. A couple months down the road I had a another appointment scheduled and a day before the appointment I got extremely busy at work and was asked to work overtime because we were far behind. I called the office to cancel my appointment and rescheduled and the receptionist was very rude and unpleasant. It was not the kind of attitude I was expecting from a doctors office. I understand that there is a 24 hour cancelling policy, but people have busy life’s and things come up. I work in the auto repair industry and people cancel appointment all the time because they get busy and need their car. We have NEVER treated a customer like your receptionist did. I even called back to comfort her about her attitude and there was no apology or anything. That is not a good way to get people to reschedule and come back. I will be going somewhere else in the future. It’s a shame because all the other staff was very friendly and they did a great job. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but something had to be said.

I finally left my old dental practice because the office staff were not so friendly. I'm SO glad I made the change! What a welcoming group of people to someone brand new to their practice!
I left without any unanswered questions-- everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand.
I will definitely recommend Dr. Tom to anyone that asks me where I go for my dental needs!

Two wonderful doctors, and a top notch staff who take great care. I always feel like I’m in good hands there. The new technology they have for bite guards is wonderful, it’s simply a camera wand and no longer is it a pillow of goo that you have to bite down on. Love it!
