I've been a patient of Dr. Riebschleger for over 21 years! Back when he had two offices and a paper check stamp of his name. I live in Kentwood and drive to Rockford for his knowledge, patience, detailed work and character of person. Well worth it! He could move to Florida and I'd just have to get all my dental work done while on vacation twice a year, lol! Love him!

This place is the greatest! I never enjoyed going to the dentist... (who does? ) until now. I was in pain, called them, got in fast and was healed!!! I'm a believer now and will be a regular visitor from now on.

Not recommended! I had been with my previous dentist for 30 years, but unfortunately he retired and I went to Dr. Riebschleger. He recommended a Crown so I had the procedure and Delta Dental rejected the claim (never had that happen before). They were adamant that based on the pre-crown x-rays, I did not need a crown. The billing lady was terrible to work with, would not call Delta, and said that it was my responsibility (as if I had the dental knowledge to deal with Delta on a rejected claim). Thankfully, my employer had a health advocate service that worked on this and they went back and forth between Delta and Grand Dental. Even the advocate representative told me that Grand Dental was terrible to work. Delta stood by their claim that I did not need the procedure, sending a letter to the effect, but ended up paying based on pressure from my employer. Not only was the billing lady rude and unhelpful, but Dr. R's bedside manner was not good (arrogant and condescending) even prior to the billing issue.
