Dr. Degenhardt and Degenhardt Dental are just excellent at what they do. I have been a patient of this practice practically since day one, and have never had a bad visit. Before my family found Dr. D, I had an awful experience with a previous dentist. I was young, and never wanted to go to a dentist again. My mom and dad were one of Dr. D’s first patients, and were impressed. They brought my siblings and I into the practice, and Dr. D and the whole staff showed me what a caring, professional, skilled dental practice can be. When my children were old enough to begin their dental visits, I had complete faith in Dr. D that my kids were never going to have the experience I did. My kids have only known exceptional care. Time and again Dr D and staff have gone the extra mile for my family and I, and I cannot say just how grateful I am for that kind of compassion and professionalism. Today I went in for a routine cleaning with Jessica, and she did a great job, gentle, thorough, and very kind. She fits this practice perfectly. Thank you Jessica, Debbie in the front office, Dr. D, and everyone else at Degenhardt Dental, you are true gems.

I’m so happy that I wandered into the office at closing time and was treated so nice and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The lady was amazing! I later found out it was Dr. Teds wife that works full time at the family practice. I got SO MUCH MORE than I expected or knew was possible! Everyone and everything so far has been great! High quality care equals high quality results! I have a lot of work to be done and I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished set of teeth! I can honestly say that I never had this (high) level of care. I also have never been treated so well from the first moment I walked into the waiting room! I highly recommend the practice to anyone that wants the best of everything. My 90 year old Mother feels the same! They handled her with extra care and patience! Fantastic!

These guys are really top notch. The super friendly staff are not only sincere and nice, but they are all very knowledgeable and informative, from the front desk to the dentists. But that’s actually not even the best part, they are so skilled at what they do, and have extremely steady hands. I was looking for a good dentist for years after my childhood dentist passed away. It took a while and bad experiences at several other dentists, but I’m so glad I found them. I have been a happy client for over three years now!

Dr. D, Dr Chris, Colleen and their entire staff are awesome! We started with an extremely thorough initial exam and made me aware of any issues that were present. I have seen both hygienists, Jessica and Renna, and they did a great job with my cleanings. The front desk, Cassandra and Debbie, did a great job, too! I would highly recommend Degenhardt Dental to anyone looking for a dentist!

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Degenhardt and his wife. After nearly 40 years with a wonderful periodontist who is closing his office near my residence, Dr. Degenhardt was recommended to me. My initial visit was extremely thorough (which I did not expect). It's obvious to me that this doctor and this practice take their work and the needs of their patients very seriously. Change can be difficult but I came away very comfortable. I recommend you give them a try!

TLDR: This is the best dental office I have ever been to.
I am the type of person that would avoid going to the dentist at all costs - even though I knew that my dental health needed attention. When I reached a point where I was in so much pain that I couldn't sleep, I found Degenhardt Dental and was able to book an emergency appointment even though it was a holiday.
One of my fears was that I would be judged/scolded for my lack of attention to my teeth however I have never felt/had any negative experiences/comments from anyone here. Everyone - admins, hygienists, and dentists - are all very welcoming and compassionate towards patients.
I also appreciate how they will thoroughly explain what they are doing throughout procedures and be patient with any questions I have.
If you strongly dislike going to the dentist, I highly recommend going to Degenhardt Dental. Honestly, the best dentist experience I have had.

After transferring from another office, I was thoroughly impressed by the state of the art technology and new patient exam. Since becoming a patient, I have had nothing but the best interactions with the entire staff. I just finished my invisalign with Dr Steve and am very happy with the results!

Sadly I have terminated a long relationship with Degenhardt Dental. After being a patient for over 35 years I was ambushed by a dental co-pay of nearly $2000 for a crown. Front office staff of Debbie and Cassandra do not involve the patient in the payment process until the final bill. I had been accustomed to, and admit I assumed, that they would get at least get predetermination for this procedure as they have done in years past. Only when coming to realization that the co-pay I was facing was because there was NO PREDETERMINATION OF BENEFITS from our two dental insurance companies. I was dismissed and told "Only if the patient requests". My response was if you care about your patients you would at least ask if they wanted the inquiry. Oh sure they can put me on a payment plan. The fact remains where I believed there was a patient/doctor relationship and value in being loyal turned out to be false. My bad for thinking I would have been treated fairly. Let the buyer beware.

Took an hour out of my day and got to sit in the patient chair this morning. My turn for my teeth cleaning appointment. Great time to see the office from our patients perspective! Loved my hygienist, Renna! Great addition to the Degenhardt Dental team. Welcome!! Both our hygienist are rock stars. We have such a great team here. Love being a part of it. Our best patients refer the best patients! We’ ve been doing this gig for over 40 years. A well oiled machine. Couldn’t have done it without Debbie at the helm. I am so happy my friend told me about this dentist office. Everyone was so kind and helpful. When I spoke to the dentist I didn't feel any type of judgement. He was so nice and took his time answering all of my questions. He was very soft spoken with my 7 year old son and told him everything he was going to do before he was going to do it to make sure he was comfortable and not scared. The staff was very sweet and answered all of my questions. Coming from someone who is terrified of the dentist, thank you for such a lovely experience.
