HONEST REVIEW: Great location, clean, and the staff is very pleasant and professional. Makes me feel comfortable and welcome, I love it!

EDIT: I got a filling done in December, a week later I started experiencing some pain. I went back and the dentist did an X-ray and said that he didn't see anything wrong and that it may have been a bite issue, filed down the filling, and told me to take ibuprofen for pain. A couple of days later, the pain got so bad I couldn't sleep, talk or eat, I couldn't even chew a banana and wasn't able to focus at work. The pain was so excruciating I went back to see the dentist 3 times before he decided to do a CT scan. I ended up having an infection and had to take antibiotics for a week, it took 3 days after taking antibiotics before I was relieved. I was scheduled for a root canal which would have been $700 out of pocket, I did not have the money and I felt like I shouldn't have to pay for a root canal because my teeth were fine before I got the filling. I haven't been back since and I don't plan on going back anytime soon. I meant what I said In the comment above, the staff is nice and very sweet. If I hadn't had this experience I would've definitely gone back.

Worst experience of my life! They made me feel uncomfortable in the back, they’re nice at the front desk, I guess to get you in and take advantage of people! They prices are outrageous, they double charge you for procedures and billed my INSURANCE SKY HIGH. Be careful before paying for a exam, they keep all your records and you have to pay for them to release YOUR INFORMATION! It was a long wait which that was the first red flag, I made a appointment, waited an hour. ITS mainly white people workers! I wish I read the reviews before going there.

After leaving a dentist who after 8 years says he can't take my BCBSM insurance, I am trying out Bright Side Dental - Warren. I found their facility to be very clean and high-tech and their staff to be professional, thorough, and friendly. So far, I'm impressed.

Love love this place. Every single staff member is nice. I’ve been to a lot of dental offices throughout my life and this one is the best. They focus on quality care.

This office is amazing I wish I found them sooner I've done so poorly taking care of my teeth. I feel comfortable when I'm there the staff so helpful/nice and professional The dental hygienist/dentist very informative. I never leave reviews but they deserve it and I'm emotional about it there's nothing like good customer service especially when it comes to any type of healthcare. I started coming here since January 2020. I only came because my tooth was very sensitive and because they were the only place open late and I'm glad I did found our dental office. Oh and the office is very clean it smells good and they even offer you a blank while in the chair or you cold during a procedure and not just an old cheap cotton one

I loved the team! They made me feel comfortable because it was my very first dental appointment at the age of 26! All smiles and positivity and even wished me a great night because I told them it was date night.

The doctor was carrying and quick he's good at what he does. You can tell that instantly. It's kinda expensive but well worth the care. I was prevented an oral surgery when I would have went to another place that takes my insurance but the always want to cut a tooth out instead of pulling it. This doctor was awesome because not only did he not have to cut me the tooth was split and he got both parts out quickly and painless. I didn't hurt when the medication wore that's a first for me.

I absolutely love this dentistry, there extremely thorough when comes to your teeth as well as what you need. They're pleasant and I wouldn't go anywhere else. An most importantly I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for the best.

Hands down the best group of people. I took my son for his first time. The entire staff was amazing from the girls at the front desk, the dentist, and everyone in between. They made sure they explained everything they were doing to make him comfortable. The dentist he saw was extremely personable. You could tell he genuinely cared and doesn't treat his patients with the same robotic routine. I am referring everyone I know here and will be moving myself to this location.

Hi let me start by saying I'm not a fan of going to the dentist. That being said the friendly clean environment made me very comfortable. The service was top notch and the price is in everyone's budget I highly recommend this dentist.
