DO NOT GO HERE!! I had a bad feeling about this place from the start. No information was given to me regarding the procedure (wisdom teeth extraction) and I felt like I had to pry in order to get any answers, which I never got. I asked how long the appointment would take, pain management during and after, and how many teeth were getting removed. The receptionist literally didn't give me one answer, she just kept saying "i'm not sure" or "it's different for everyone". I told her on the phone that i'm not comfortable with the lack of information and that I want to cancel my appointment. She was super nice after that and said to come in and talk with the doctor then I can decide if I want the procedure done. She even felt the need to mention "if you try to go anywhere else you'll be looking at a 2-3 month wait". I drove an hour to get to this appointment, and when I went to the check-in desk she asked for my name but didn't ask for I.D or my insurance card. SUPER sketched out at this point. About 35 minutes later they finally call my name. I go back there and meet the oral surgeon. Very nice guy, told me to calm down and that everything would be fine, I actually felt better about the situation. He leaves and a new oral surgeon and his assistant comes in. He put numbing gel in my mouth but put it right into a filling I just got 2 days prior and it was sensitive and painful so I flinched back. The assistant said "okay we can't do this. If you're going to be stopping us every 5 seconds then we can refer you to someone else, we don't have all day to numb you" - I couldn't believe it! I ended up getting AT LEAST 10 shots in my mouth. The oral surgeon came and made an incision in my gum and then asked me what my name was. I was sort of able to mutter out my name which he replied "oh, we've got the wrong person here" They were looking at someone else's X-rays the whole time!! I was then told i'd need new x-rays taken so I ended up sitting in a room for 15 minutes feeling uncomfortably numb when the rude assistant came and took my X-rays. Did I mention she didn't even bother to clean the chin/mouthpiece after I watched someone else use it? So after the pictures were taken the oral surgeon came in and said "do you want the good news or the bad news? Good news is you don't need to have your wisdom teeth taken out. Bad news is you're going to be numb for a few hours." I asked him if there was anyway to reverse the numbing which he replied "no, but a numb mouth is a small price to pay for not needing your wisdom teeth taken out, hahahah". I had to drive almost 2 hours in rush hour traffic with a mouth that was clearly WAY too numb. The muscle that connects my upper and lower jaw felt so tight I thought it was going to snap. When my mouth started feeling a little better I started feeling that incision in my gum and remembered that he never sewed it up or mentioned it again. I ended up getting temporary lockjaw and still can't fully open my mouth even though this all happened over 9 hours ago. These people are scammers and should have their licences revoked!!

Always polite and On Time! I love the fact that you don't have a lot of doctors or hygienist in your mouth. The staff here is very sweet and can always accommodate you. Dr. K knows her stuff. ❤

I needed dentures and needed my teeth pulled. I went in extremely scared and uneasy and they made me very comfortable and helped me feel at ease. I appreciate them so much.

I’ve never left a bad review till now, this place is filthy (Warren location). I was uncomfortable from the minute I stepped in. I decided to give it a go since I was already there, but the doctor was rude and wasn’t listening to me - I left without getting started. All I wanted was a cleaning, but honestly glad I left and didn’t risk it in this dirty facility. Don’t waste your time!!
