I was new to the area over the the summer and made an appointment for a cleaning. I was late based on my last cleaning and the staff offered to call me in case there was a cancellation to get me in sooner. I was able to come in before my regularly scheduled appointment for a cleaning. The staff was welcoming, went over all health department protocols with me, and completed my cleaning and x-rays in quick time despite all of the new protocols that had to be implemented over the summer. Everyone was professional, explained the process to me for the treatment and what to expect on the billing side of things. I’m very satisfied with the service and interactions I experienced with this office.

The best part about working at Advanced Family Dental is knowing we are making a difference every day. We strive to be the best, by putting our patients first always. It's different than any other place I have worked. Dr. Rachel and Dr. Tricia truly care about their employees, and find ways of showing us we are appreciated. If you are looking for the VERY BEST in Dental care in the Albert Lea area, or anywhere for that matter, you are in luck!!!! We have "hands down" the best dental services available in Advanced Family Dental!!! All right here in Albert Lea in their Beautiful State of the Art facility! However, if you are looking for cheap, less than perfect work, don't go there......that is NOT in their "wheelhouse"!!!

I've had a wonderful experience at AFD! I came in with some unique symptoms after having work done at another dentist that I had never seen before just a year before. Dr. Tricia was able to find the cause and was really empathetic in her approach as it required a good amount of re-work to get the job done right. I've been plagued with cavities for most of my life, fillings every time. Since seeing Dr. Tricia and following her recommendation for an electric toothbrush and special toothpaste, I've been cavity-free for 2 years. She has a goal of prevention, and it's working!
I drive an hour one way, because this is the best dental care you can find. Highly recommend!
