As always I was greated warmly and invited to have a complimary bottle of water or a cup of coffee or tea. My hygenist was friendly and put me at ease. She was very capable and worked well with Dr Tricia. She worked quickly but was not in a hurry. Great experience.

Very Overpriced. You are paying for their fancy palace and employer paid Caribbean cruises. When I found out the whole staff got a paid trip for a cruise to the Caribbean I knew it was time to find a different dentist. Good service but very overpriced...probably the most expensive dentist in the area.

They want to bully a $50 cancellation fee out of my family. No thanks. We will take our business to a place where customers and service are the higher priority, not just our money. UPDATE:
I’ve rescheduled in the past and there was never a fee. Leading one to believe it’s not a cost to do so. Until you decide to not buy a $500+ mouth guard? In which now it’s “multiple” times, and is now a penalty...all of which was never communicated to me before hand, or agreed to. I work, and my son works. I set “tentative” appointments for him when I’m called and pressured to pick a date, because 2 working schedules need to fit the appointment. I’ve yet to see a hair stylist charge a customer the cost of a haircut for not coming in to get it. I provide customer service daily. I have plenty that don’t make it in. They have paid a grand total of $0 in fees, and $0 in penalties. The cost of doing business, and cost of good customer service. If only the focus at Advanced Family Dental was as high on customer service as it is on pushing overpriced products, and creating and collecting penalties and fees. We the customer deserve much much better.
