I was just there today, and they hired a new gal named Michelle, a new dentist from Minneapolis area. She was by far the nicest, most attentive, helpful person I have ever met. She changed my smile today amd I am forever greatful. All the hygenists there are amazing!!

WARNING!! Got 5 fillings done to teeth because of pain and made payments for a full year while still suffering with the same pain I had when I had the work done and still have to deal with the pain to this day.. I never went back because all the money I paid and Delta Insurance paid and my teeth were still constantly in pain except when I used Listerene in my cheek to soak my teeth and to kill the bacteria from food getting in around the new fillings.. I believe Dr. Hung Vu intentionally fails to fix people's teeth because of his dirty wood biting blocks and poor cleaning methods while drilling teeth that soon cause infections and follow up appointments.. When you go in with severe pain in a tooth he recently worked on, he will then say the only thing that can be done is NEW CROWNS or pulling teeth.. This way he will collect multiple times working on the same teeth.. You have been warned..

Make sure you don't miss an appointment or they will deny all your treatment and put u on a waiting list for over a yr. This place has some friendly staff others ok.. it's the only place in Albert Lea that except most major incurance.

The appointment system at this establishment is absolutely terrible. You can't just make an appointment and show up because it will be canceled if you do. Apparently talking to a person at the establishment and making an appointment will not allow you to get in. Period. I have to wait in pain now. I have to wait 2 months to get in someplace else. Terrible customer service.

I was not happy with this dentist office I tried calling to make an appointment I had a really bad tooth Ache my gum were Swollen my cheek was swollen for 4 days I called to see if they could help me the person who answered the phone told me they couldn’t help me I told her my Situation and she still told me they couldn’t help me I even asked her do they do any emergency appointment she said no that she could put me on a waiting list for 10 months wow I would never try to get an appointment at this place ever again and I would never recommend anyone there thanks for nothing uptown dental and if I could give no stars I would once again thanks again for nothing
