We’ll it was a dentist appointment. With that in mind, my hygienist was very good. Friendly, pretty quick and thorough. Waiting room was clean and I got in on time!

5 star service! They were able to get me in about a day after I called them about dental pain and Emily the hygienist/receptionist was extremely kind and wonderful! Even when I was balling on the phone , while having a panic attack, and in extreme pain. Roxanne and the Dr. Dekrey were above and beyond! I was extremely nervous coming in but they walked through the steps with me and told me exactly what they doing. They were everything I had hoped for when reading reviews about this dental place. Ever staff member was terrific in serving my 97 year old mom. They were able to do her exam and a procedure with her remaining in her wheelchair. They explained each step and gladly answered all questions. They were very gentle with her and considerate of her special needs.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for dental care! This staff is second to none :) The staff greets you with a smile and the wait was short. The hygienists know their stuff and are quick and concise. Of course there is no one better than Dr Capp!

Tuesday morning I had excruciating pains from my wisdom tooth and I had to get into a dentist asap. I found Anoka Dental which was close by, opened at 7 and so I called them right as they opened up. The receptionist, was so kind and understanding of my pains. She mentioned the next opening wasn't until the following day and I just couldn't wait. She stuck on the phone with me through and got me into a quick 11am appointment for xrays and to figure out a plan. Xrays were seemless and Dr.Dekrey was very thorough on explaining everything to me. Our initial plan of action was to take antibiotics for a week and come back in on the 19th to pull my bothersome wisdom tooth that also had a cavity on the cheek side. Fulfilling the prescriptions were a breeze and I was on my way. Unfortunately, on Wednesday night, into Thursday morning I was screaming in pain. This was day 4 of little to no sleep. I was restless, in pain, bags of frozen corn wasn't helping, pain medication wasn't doing anything either. I waited until 5am to call the doctor and to see if they could push my appointment up at all. I got a call around 7 from Dr.Lee Dekrey stating that he was going to get me in and to stay calm. 30 minutes later, Robin called me to say they would see me at 1030 to extract the wisdom tooth. Being full of anxiety, pain and just wanting the tooth out, we got the tooth out within 30 minutes! First time I've had a tooth extracted with only the local numbing and Dr.Dekrey and his team did a phenomenal job. I will forever be grateful for their understanding, such quick short notice accommodations to my pain. Anoka Dental is my lifelong dentist. Thank you so much for getting me pain free!!
