Best dental experience ever. The hygienist was new for me, and I was so impressed with her knowledge and level of care. I hope to have her from now on. I have some issues with my teeth, and she took the time to explain some options to me and gave me very good advice. I was extremely pleased with her and the care I received today!

Hygienist Ali was outstanding! She went above and beyond in caring for my husband with Alzheimer’s. Her patience, compassion and care made it possible to give my husband the cleaning he so needed. She was exceptional! As for the (new) dentist whose name I don’t know, not even sure she introduced herself, and for the 5 minutes she was with us, I found her to be disinterested and even cold. Dealing with Alzheimer’s patients isn’t for everyone, thanks though for Ali.

Amazing staff! I appreciate their transparency in how I get my care. Although I could do the work of calling my insurance, they take the time to get it done for me right there. I feel respected, heard, and taken care of especially being a WOC.

This place only treats you like a number. Every time I went I had a different Hygienist and Dentist. They are very eager to try to find things wrong with you. My wife and I have both experienced this. We decided to find a new Dentist office and when we asked to have our records and X-rays sent to our new Dentist they failed to send all of the information to them. This caused us to have additional X-rays taken, at our new Dentist, which caused us to be denied them being covered by our insurance. When we contacted Metro Dental about this, we were told that they had an incorrect email address for your new Dentist. They refused to take any responsibility for their failure since they were able to send some of our records, with the email address we provided, but not the most current X-rays. They actually hung up on us! Bad business practices!
