The hygienist are gentle, kind and help put the patients at ease. I had a cleaning and cap replacement (old cap broke that was put in by a different dentist). It's great that they make and install the cap in the same apt. The dentist did a great job.

Dr. Fehresti and the entire staff here were all so very helpful, kind and always greeted me with positive energy. During appointments they would all make sure you are comfortable and walk you through each step. They were patient in accommodating to any scheduling issues that came up for me and overall made my experience here a great one.

Amazing service. Jessie & Marissa are the best receptionists I have come in contact with, they got me in earlier than I anticipated and throughly explained what to expect during my visit. Judy & kelsey were phenomenal as well they were very caring and attentive during both of my procedures. I highly recommend and will be back! Thank you Dr. Fehresti & your amazing team!

My mom had an appointment here and they told her she did not when she arrived so she left. She called the number provided by the confirmation text we received from them to get directions and the lady canceled my mom’s appointment. She took time off work to attend this appointment and she wasn’t even seen. Very poor service.

This clinic was able to see me twice last minute, and take care of my teeth. Friendly and caring employees who make me feel welcome each time I come in.

Been visiting this clinic for a lot of years and recently had a billing issue. They resolved it fast and the service was great. Definitely would recommend this dental office.

I'm a recently retired veteran of 24 years and in the summer of 2021 I was still on Active duty stationed in Minnesota. I had some work done at Twin Cities Dental in 2021. Part of the work that was done was getting a Night guard fitted due to TMJ. All the work was completed prior to my official retirement date of 9/1/21. On the day I retired I received a call saying my mouth guard was ready to be picked up, but I was out of town and couldn't grab it that day. Long story short I told them I'd have to wait to pick it up because my insurance would lapse that day.

In the mean time I had to get on my wife's dental insurance to cover a root canal because the dentist at Twin Cities Dental cracked my tooth while fitting my mouth guard. 2 months later, Once I got in my wife's insurance I went back to Twin cities dental to get my mouth guard. Twin Cities Dental billed my new insurance (even though all the work was done while on active duty and covered under my insurance) and unfortunately they wouldn't cover it.

Here we are 1 1/2 years later and I'm still dealing with these people. I called Twin cities dental and explained the situation and basically was told to bad so sad. I asked if they would work with me on the total cost of the bill and I was told no, I'd have to pay in full. They aren't willing to work with me the total cost!!

I don't recommend Twin Cities Dental to anyone! They're all about making that money!

Best dental clinic I v been too! Got my braces there, service was amazing, they would replace if something broke 2 times. They have great option where you can split your payments, to pay the service off. Easy to schedule. Tried teeth cleaning at other dental clinics, so far they do the best job. If you are their patient, you get discounts on your services. Which is great when you are paying out of your pocket. Was there yesterday, for the cleaning, very satisfied with the service, will definitely come back again. Hard to find a good doctor now days that does the job just like he/she would do it for themselves. Thank you for the great service and the care that you provide!
