I was in as a new patient this week and the staff are very friendly. They worked with me to figure out my insurance situation earlier in the week as well. My dental hygienist Erin was great! Prior to this, my teeth had not been cleaned in over three years and she did a very thorough and satisfactory job. I would recommend Lifesmiles Family Dentistry to anyone.

I love visiting Lifesmiles Family Dentistry. Out of the various medical facilities I visit during the year (PCP, Specialist, OBGYN, etc.), Lifesmiles is always my most pleasant experience. Which is saying a lot for a dentist office. But I really mean it. The staff is always very pleasant and welcoming. The atmosphere is elegant, calm and serene. I especially love the video screen above your chair, pleasantly distracting you with beautiful photos from what’s going on in your mouth. Everyone is professional and proficient. There’s never a long wait (even before corona) and you’re in and out within a decent time frame. Even the billing is very organized, accurate and easy to understand. They are definitely at the top of their class.

Sandy took great care of me; I had a painful cut on my lip and she managed to clean my teeth without agitating it even once! Dr. John Gawlik is professional and friendly, and the atmosphere of the office is welcoming and comfortable.

The staff was friendly, organized, and professional. I was able to get back to work in a timely manner due to their efficient use of time. Dr. Gawlik addressed my questions and was genuinely engaged. They also gift their new clients with a Phillips Sonicare electric toothbrush or whitening strips. I was impressed!

Dr Gawlik and his staff are TOP NOTCH! I have been going to this dentist for years and recommending friends, family, and co-workers left and right to go. Everyone at this office is SO FRIENDLY. From the minute you walk in - you are greeted by name, the waiting room has a warm fireplace, cool fish tank, and wonderful children area for waiting...and then the staff you work with as you are getting examined are just so professional and friendly. Sandy is my favorite Hygienist - couldn't ask for a more kind gal. And Dr Gawlik is great - always doing a more in depth medical check for oral and mouth cancer that I had not previously experienced - glad someone is looking out for me in that department! I never have any problems with scheduling or re-scheduling and everyone I have sent there has been more than happy upon return. Definitely recommend this crew!

I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. Their equipment is new and up to date and I feel I’m being taken care of very well.
My only problem with my appointment today 7/20/21 was that I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes after my appointment time before I was brought back to get some work done. I had really rushed and made an effort to be at the office on time and then had to sit and wait that long. I honestly didn’t appreciate that.
