Dental Care of Brooklyn Park

First time patient here! I had Mohammed for a hygienist and he was great! He took his time explaining what x-rays he was taking, what my current oral health was, and how I could improve - without shaming me. There were a LOT of x-rays, but he was kind enough to offer me breaks. My teeth felt super clean when he was done. My only recommendation would be that the new patient form be revised. They asked for a lot of redundant information that is found on my cards that they took a picture of anyways. I would recommend this place to people who haven't been to the dentist in a while.

Went in to get a wisdom tooth removed and I’m thankful for the work that was done, I’m uninsured but the staff was very understanding of my situation and worked with me every step of the way. I was surprised with the amount of empathy I received; these are good people who do good work :)

I woke up with a dental emergency to say the least. I was not even sure anyone would be able to get me in and help so quickly. They were beyond Friendly and made me feel exactly how one should feel when going to the dentist! This was during the covid-19 situation and they are definitely taking proper measures! Dr. Lee and the other Doc who I will have to get the name of soon are definitely amazing. If I could of gave them a hug I would have lol. Unfortunately because of my state insurance it is NOT excepted at most places (seems backwards if you ask me) but they have an awesome payment plan and other options are available to help with assisting payments. They could have taken all my money like most other places I have been in the past but they were 100% REAL with me and we discussed every option and we went with what suited me best. There are 2 different types of extractions and they even were real about which extrication I had to get and it literally saved me a couple hundred dollars, and to me that is priceless! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a dentist or is looking for a new one. Friendly, Clean, Respectful of our emotions and decent prices. What else do you need!? Im actually looking forward to the follow up so we can get a plan going to make my Mouth the way it should be. Thanks again for taking the extra steps in making my visit comfortable! See yall soon .

(Edit) I could not remember the name of DR. Horst but he is truly Amazing and partly why I feel so comfortable returning. All In all a great team. Hope you have the same experience as me.

I was looking for a new Dental Clinic, when i got a flier in the mail from Dental Care of Brooklyn Park. I found out this was a new Dental Clinic right in my neighborhood, so i decided to make an appt. I was looking for a Saturday appt that will best serve me, and i was lucky enough for them to get me right in, the same week that i called.

The staffs and Dr. Lee, the main dentist were very nice, professional, and awesome. Susan did my Xray since i was a first time patient, and she was great. Thank you Susan. Mohammed did my deep cleaning, and he explained everything that he was doing, and i was able to asked questions and get clear answers. Thank you Mohammed, you are awesome. Dr. Lee you are awesome as well.
I would like to say thanks so much to Mike, who works in the main office. Mike was very kind to give me a ride home, because i was going to walk home in the cold. My son had taken my car, and he was not answering his phone, when i called for him to pick me up after my dental appt. I really do appreciate your kindness Mike, especially in times like these.

They are using the latest technology at Dental Care of Brooklyn Park. This is a great facility.

Very new dental office, but don't let that fool you. I came here because I live nearby for a sore tooth and they were able to get me in quickly (next day). Very professional and knowledgeable.

Edit 01/27/20- Going to need to modify my prior review. I still stand by my review above for their medical staff. Their front-end staff, however, leave something to be desired. I went to them for a toothache/sore tooth and they recommended me to an oral surgeon in Maple Grove for wisdom tooth removal . They also gave me an estimate for another procedure or two I needed done, which was more than fine. On 01/27/20, five days after getting my wisdom teeth surgery done, one of the front-end staff called to ask how I was doing and to ask if I had gotten my wisdom teeth out. I replied that I had five days prior. She then asked if I wanted to schedule the other procedures they estimated out for me.

Now, I realize like anything else these days, this is a business driven by money. But you'd think (or hope anyways) that logic would dictate that, given I had just spent a bunch of money on dental surgery that I'd need to recover financially before moving onto the next item on the list. Instead, I found myself actually having to explain to this woman that particular fact. Now, wanting to drum up business is one thing, but this makes their business team look like a bunch of vultures when they go, "Oh, you just spent a bunch of money? How about you come and spend a bunch more money with us again?"

I found Dr. Horst at Dental Care of Brooklyn Park as a result of a workplace injury. While we’re just now finishing up treatment for that, in the intervening time, my whole family have become patients there. 10/10 across the board. I never want to go to another dentist.

First impression as a new customer seeking a basic cleaning was both bizarre and disappointing, but mostly bizarre.

After 20 minutes in the chair listening to a pitch for the premium cleaning upgrade package, I was informed I would receive no cleaning whatsoever without upgrading, with ADA undercare bylaws being what they are and whatnot.

At least timeshare presentations give you some food and Disney tickets for your time, all I got was a gum disease pamphlet and the same dirty teeth I walked in with.

Wonderful staff, really kind and caring. They are ready to help you out. Afordable prices and they offer you guidance with finantial options for your treatments. Dr. Vang Lee does a great job and she is really professional!

Visited a few different practices and really felt welcomed and comfortable here. They definitely put my fear of dental anxiety at ease. I am very grateful for you guys!
