They are not just a dentist, they are like family. All of them. From the time the phone is answered through the billing process. They are kind, friendly, professional and make you feel like you are their #1 customer. We are a family of four and go for routine check-ups and cleanings along with major work. They are very thorough and make sure you are happy with the work. Definitely a great group of people and Dr. Pierson and Dr. Crook are both fantastic! Would highly recommend!

Very professional environment!! Not only that! The staff is friendly, patient, and kind. You can learn a lot sitting in the waiting room. Front desk was dealing with an elderly (hard of hearing) spouse on the phone, trying to confirm an appt. Very nice to listen to her patience with the spouse who wanted to get all the information correct. Lots of repeating, but with such kindness! Great dental office.

I had an appointment for a routine cleaning. Toni, the hygienist is very thorough and gives good advice. Dr. Pierson noted a small cavity and Dr. Crook added me on his schedule to take of this so I would not have to return for another visit. They have a great team.

I broke a large piece of a back molar off at 10 AM. I was in the dentist's chair at 2:45 pm and out the door an hour later with a temporary crown. Very satisfied with the speed I was able to get this taken care of. The remaining part of my broken tooth was sharp and really bothering my tongue.

My daughter had an infected tooth. Dr Crook was wonderful about getting her in right away. It’s amazing how well they can do their job with a screaming 4 year old.

A couple of things that I'm having problems with is;
1) When I setup appointment while in the office to come back in they will call me back day or two later to say I did not setup a appointment so then I rescheduled the appointment at a another time. Then the day of the cancel appointment they remind me it's today.
So then I have to tell them that they called me & told me I did not have appointment setup. This has happen to me more than once!
2) When I'm getting work done like a crown I always asks what is my final bill? Then when it comes time to pay the bill its more!
Just like my current bill was ( verbally) quoted to me as I had $1300.00 left to paid, then come to find out the day of my appointment I have twice the amount still owed!
It does get frustrating when they can't schedule the right person on the right day. 2) the fact that I never get a receipt with what's owed that matches what they're telling me I owe would be nice! It would keep everyone on the same page. Thank you for letting me have my comments.
