I had a root canal. The Dentist and staff were first class. The process was very impressive from the courtesy of the staff to the procedure and technology. I would highly recommend this group!!

Would not le me go back with my 16yoa daughter to have her 4 wisdom teeth removed! What the heck?! At the consult that was NOT what was explained!!!! I was told I had to stay in the lobby as my daughter was walked away. Then the dental dental assistant had the nerve to tell MY kid she could hold HER hand if she needed to as they walked off to the back. Stranger danger.
Ummmmm why not just let her hold her mom's hand until she's out and then have me leave the room for the surgery.
Gggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Everything was good until this foolishnes.

Do not offer a manageable repayment plan if insurance doesn't cover all costs. They just tell you to apply for a Wells Fargo credit card that not everybody can qualify for. Your credit will take a hit regardless of how you go about it if you are in financial hardship. They also dictate how collections recieves payment so it's basically all or nothing. In this case it's nothing.

Military required to get all 4 out. Staff and Dr.Karban and his team were very caring and took every step to make sure i was comfortable. Explaning everything from the potential risks to what to do when i get home. I felt relaxed and knew i was in good hands. Have been working with Dr. Karban for a few years now and This office is where i will continue to go for the coming years! Thank you Dr.Karban!
