V Dental Center

So this place has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Which is fine… except when we called to reschedule my child’s appointment with more than a 24 hour notice, not only did the receptionist tell us we’re not welcome back but the dentist himself yelled at my MIL. Then when I tried to request the records to be moved to another dentist office, they yelled some more, we’re so rude and unprofessional. I’ve never heard someone be so disrespectful. Shame on you. The board will be hearing of this.

How is this place in business and seeing patients especially little kids. Took my son and took x ray and they were saying he needs so many treatments which taken care of one visit at different clinic plus they refused to send x ray Also their treatment plan sounds like torture. THEY SAID THEY WRAP THE CHILD WITH SOME KIND OF WRAP AND THEY DONT LET ANYONE GO WITH IN WITH THEIR KIDS WHILE TORTURING THEM 🤔very confused with this place and glad didn’t go there again

I truly can’t say enough good things about V Dental Center. The staff is amazing, friendly and they create a great experience for my kids. During our most recent visit my 3 year old was so excited about being there she got upset when her older sister got called back first. I know many children that are scared of going to the dentist and I’m beyond grateful that isn’t the case for us thanks to V Dental Center!

Sunny greeting upon entering the office. And excellent staff. Comfort and care are top priorities friendly service and my kids love them. Dr.Vy and Lewis are friendly, professional, and communicate well to people of all ages/experience. They try to make it the best experience they can. Highly recommend.

Won't be back. They wouldn't let me accompany my 3 year old daughter on her 2nd time there, until I demanded I go with her. I went into the room with her and they tried to explain that normally after the first visit, they want to have kids go back without their parents. I kept refusing, so they suggested I find a different dentist. I already decided that after they tried to deny me going back with her in the lobby. They were polite and professional about it,but we will not return. I think it's very strange to expect a 3 year old to be ok going to the dentist without their mom being by their side.

My son is 4. We have been coming here since he was 2, he had a check up in January (2019) and now June (2019). Back in January they made my son go back by himself and told me I wasn’t allowed back, I thought that was odd because they didn’t have any issues prior to that day. My son was a bit surprised at first, but then calmed down and was ok with it. Well this time my son was holding onto my leg as tight as he could and started crying. She still told me I couldn’t go back with my son, I then told her I was walking him back there I don’t care. I sat him in the chair and she told me to leave the room before they would start the cleaning. What kind of place doesn’t allow parents back with kids that young? My son 4 YEARS OLD. When they came out they said he did great and was talking and wasn’t afraid anymore, that’s awesome. But I still can’t get passed the fact that they refused to do anything until I left the room. This place was great until this year. I don’t know what changed, but we definitely will be finding a more kid friendly dentist from here on out. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone with children.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Vy and her staff for a very long time. On my last visit, Dr. Vy was very welcoming, attentive, and thorough with my check-up. She and her staff greeted us warmly, got us checked in and seen very quickly. The appointment went very well for my daughter and me; nothing short of what we normally expect! We've never had any issues. Thank you for all you do!

We took my 2 1/2 year old grandson in today for a first time dentist visit. Fantastic with him! We live 45 min away and couldn't get him in anywhere closer. He was having some tooth pain and need to get in right away. After this visit we will continue to drive the 45 min to this dentist. My other daughter made an appointment for her son... she will drive from elko. So hard to find someone sooo good with toddlers! Thank you!

I would give them no stars if I could. They never answer the phone or messages. I've tried many times this week. Pretty poor customer service. Sad really and extremely rude.

Dr. Vy is caring and thorough with her dental work. She takes care of my son when he’s there and my son is very sensitive. Also, Lewis at the front desk is an awesome great guy. I’d recommend them to anyone.
