Had some minor miscommunication due to state rules but after following up with Kelsey she was able to clear up what the problem was and showed me why we have continued to use Lake Superior Dental as our family dentist. Taking care of their patients must be a priority. Thank you for reaching out

I wish I could give five stars for this clinic as I have been a loyal patient there for at least the last 18 years or more. I have always received excellent care. But the last few years, every single one of my appointments has been cancelled and rescheduled by staff there for one reason or another. Every single one. It is getting highly frustrating. I don't understand why this keeps happening to me. I am thinking about switching to another dentist. I have a very busy schedule and it's very inconvenient when my appointments are constantly having to be rescheduled, especially when I have been such a loyal customer for so many years. I also have a medical condition that makes it very important for me to stay on top of routine dental cleanings/care every six months. Sometimes my appointments have been pushed out to seven or eight months in between due to cancellations and rescheduling on the part of Lake Superior Dental.

Everyone from the front desk to the dentist himself was very kind from start to finish. Wisdom tooth was causing me a lot of pain and they were able to pull it out the next day. The Dental assistant who helped me out was amazing and also great at what she does. Dr. Anderson seemed to genuinely care and even with how extremely busy he was he took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I am lucky to have very good dental insurance so it only cost me $110 would have been about $500 with no insurance. On top of it all I barely feel any pain the next day.

Dr. Jeff Polzin is the most caring compassionate person I’ve ever met in my life. You know right away when he talks to you what a professional he is. I feel so fortunate that I was able to have him as my dentist. He cares about every patient. Everyone at the office from the dentist to the hygienists to the receptionist are so awesome. I never worry when I go here because they take such good care of me. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.

I’ve always had a positive experience at Lake Superior Dental, from cleanings to various procedures. For cleanings I have had a few hygienists, every single one has been thorough, kind, and polite. Dr. Anderson also does a great job at explaining everything to you before and during your appointment. All of the staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. If you have any questions, they will gladly answer them. The office itself is very clean and efficient as well. Personally, it has been the best dental office I have been to, and I highly recommend them.

They cancelled my appointment because I had No money. Saying I had to come in only for an emergency . Welp Dr said it was an Emergency.wevee she justified why she cancelled my appointment . Still looking to get into a dentist. Unfortunately ER might see me first for another antibiotic.Because their own receptionist cancelled my appointment

Very skilled dentists, assistants, hygienists, technicians, business and office staff. And, they all are friendly, helpful, and pleasant...keeping my smile bright and healthy! :-)

Dr. Amadio is the best! Both before and after the pandemic reopening, the atmosphere is calm. Staff are well trained and gracious.
I had both upper and lower dentures done and would highly recommend him to anyone needing any dental work. Every decision he made was spot on.

I really want to thank everyone at LSD. I'm from out of town and not even one of their patients ( my husband was before we moved) Everyone was great! They were able to get me in me and help me with my crown emergency. Quick, efficient and very friendly!
