I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Mount Royal Dental. All of the staff is incredibly personable, thorough, and informative. It is obvious they all truly enjoy what they do and that made my experience extremely enjoyable. Even though the office wasn't “in-network” with my insurance company, they were still happy to take me on as a patient and help me compare “in-network” vs “out-of-network” benefits before even being seen to ensure I would receive coverage. Fortunately, my coverage was still excellent at their office! I also highly recommend the same day crown treatment with Dr. Zelen. It was so nice to leave the office with my permanent crown with only ONE visit! No temporary crown needed! Great work everybody!!

Mount Royal Dental had a very impressive open house and it was a great time. I enjoyed getting to know the staff and will be scheduling all future appointments with this dental office. The office itself is very clean and modern, the staff are very professional and genuine. I highly recommend going to Mount Royal Dental.

I want to thank Dr. Zelen and all of her staff for the wonderful dental care my family and I have received since coming to Mount Royal Dental last year. The schedulers take the time to explain procedure times, handle Insurance prior authorization quickly and accurately, and set me at ease before my appointments. Dr. Zelen, the dental assistants and hygienists work to ensure my comfort and to ensure that I understand each procedure I am going through, including making sure I understand the costs of each procedure, as well as which ones can be put off for a while. I highly recommend Mount Royal Dental to anyone looking for new dental clinic. Thank you all for your thorough and compassionate care!

I am so pleased with the staff and the services I receive at Mount Royal Dental. Janelle always makes sure that I am comfortable with what she is doing and helps me to understand the care plan set out for me. At check out, I received an estimate of my financial responsibilities for the next visit before making the appointment. I like to be able to plan for those costs. From the first time I sat in Dr. Zelen's chair, I knew she was special. I have had many dentists in my life, and she was the first one who really cared about my comfort from the beginning of the visit to the end. I've needed fillings, root canals, and crowns done, and she is by far the most gentle dentist I have ever had. I am one who's had high anxiety about being in any dentist's chair in the past, but not anymore since I've been going to Dr Zelen. She is very comforting and compassionate. Also, her prices are comparable to the other dentists in town, but her service is superior. I can even lean back and watch my favorite programs on cable TV as she and her excellent team do their work on my teeth. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Zelen and the staff at Mount Royal Dental.

I had 3 different procedures done in recent months. I can say I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. All personal involved with my procedures were very professional and knowledgeable They answered every question and explained each step. I was very comfortable and relaxed the whole time Having a lab at their facility saved a revisit when I had a crown done They put the new crown in, did a quick buff and adjustment and I’ve never had a problem I highly recommend Mt Royal Dental for a procedure you need. After years of not going to the dentist due to anxiety, I am so happy I chose Mount Royal Dental. Jessica did a fantastic job calming my fears and explaining everything she was doing. She checked in with me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Dr. Zelen was very friendly and understanding as well. Highly recommend, especially if you have dental anxiety!

I have lots of anxiety about dentists and this was the first visit I felt comfortable at. Everyone was very accommodating and checked in frequently. I really appreciated the treatment plans that they drew up before completing work, I was able to see what they wanted to do and how much it would cost up front. I was also given a treatment plan to take home and consider for other proposed procedures. The new technology made everything a breeze and sped everything up. Wonderful! I will be telling all my friends about my visit!

Guard your wallet with this dentist. They were not truthful to me about service costs in person and made me read the fine print to figure out actual costs after already administering services. Even after reading the fine print, they over-charged me. Extremely disappointed.

Regardless of your problems with your teeth--root canals, crowns, or just simply dealing with a crown that has come loose, Dr. Zelen and her team make you feel at ease and do the best work on your teeth regardless of their condition. She is also the most "painless" dentist I have been to. She uses the latest advanced technology which makes the care of her patients really unbelievably great!!!
