I've been a client for several years now, and they are Amazing! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they remember you. Kris is the best hygienist I've ever had - gentle and really thorough. Dr. Cook is a master of his craft as well as being gentle and kind. Everyone is willing to answer any questions you may have, and make a great effort to work with you. I really cannot say enough good things about this business.

Dr. Cook and staff are always professional, friendly and easy to be around. If you need additional work beyond cleanings they educate you on what is happening but are good about saying if it needs immediate attention versus we should probably take care of this in the future and just giving you a heads up. I have always felt well taken care of as a patient.

I needed a new dentist and a friend I trust recommended Dr. Cook. Kris is hands down the best hygienist I've ever had - thorough, knowledgeable, careful, and fun! And Dr. Cook is awesome. Excellent care and service. Highly recommend.

This is by far my favorite dental office that I have tried in the twin cities area. I tried a few others because of my insurance coverage, and they were never even close!
They are amazing listeners, very gentle (I am SO sensitive!), and give good recommendations for treatments to be done. Also the price doesn't break the bank.

Dr. Cook has been attending to my teeth for many years and has done a wonderful job on fitting several crowns and even replacing some that had been done rather badly by a past dentist.

His staff are very caring and friendly and the regular cleaning is pleasant and thorough.

The entire staff in the clinic makes you feel welcome once you come in the door. I have my teeth cleaned routinely every 4 months and I look forward to coming in to have it done. Everything being done is well explained and Kris is fabulous. She is so professional and makes the visit very pleasant. Dr. Cook is very caring and knowledgable. I have no hesitation referring friends and family to the clinic for their dental needs.

I LOVE Southdale Family Dentistry! I look forward to my appointments every time and in the 11 years I've gone there I have NEVER been disappointed. They're extremely gentle and very kind. The place is super clean and they're always striving to provide better and better service. They have an appointment reminder system that I find extremely helpful. The hygienists and Dr. Cook are all so knowledgeable and up-to-date on current research, etc. The longest I've ever had to wait past my appointment time was less than 5 minutes; almost always I've gotten in right on time, and I'm always in-and-out of there quickly. They also do a great job of explaining what they're doing. Have I mentioned that they're gentle? If you want stress and pain-free dental appointments, Southdale Family Dentistry is where you need to go. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Another plus--always free parking!
