One of the receptionists at the front is usually quite unfriendly and gives the impression she doesn't care to be there but the others have always been really nice. I think I've only had one appointment (between mine and my son's) in the last 3 years where I was actually called back at the time of my appointment. Most times its 10-20 min after my scheduled time. Then I/we normally have to sit and wait for the dentist after the cleaning for a good 5+ min. Also, every time I call to schedule an appointment it's hard to find a time that works with our schedules. However, the dentists are really nice and good with kids which is the biggest reason I haven't switched to a different dental office.

I have seen Dr. Hunter since I first moved to the area almost ten years ago. His office is professional and well run. I have had everything from cleanings to a root canal done and he is always been very detailed and gentle. This past fall I had my front crown replaced that I have had for 30 years. I didn't think it could look better than it did, but as usual Dr. Hunter knew better. Great job all around!

Last month I paid $150 towards my bill in cash in person. Now they are telling me there was no record of that ever happening, and are refusing to check the security cameras. They are saying that the tills came out to 0 at the end of the night. So there is a 90% chance the receptionist stole it. I do not recommend

Been coming to this Office a long time! Have had a good experience up until today. When I asked the receptionist if someone knew we were here. It was 20 min past our appt. So far. She got an attitude and in a rude tone, said "they know your here", and barely looked at me. Never have I been talked to in such a disrespectful tone at any other office before!
Maybe she's just having a bad day, but you still shouldn't talk like that to someone. Very unprofessional!

The whole staff, especially Dr. Eric worked to get me in quickly because I was in extreme pain. They were very kind and informative and even called to get me a referral for oral surgery. I highly recommend Elk Plaza Dentistry.
