I have seriously the best experience here. No one likes going to the dentists but coming here is actually the most relaxed ever. The entire staff and Dr.Alb are genuine and so kind and gentle! I had the worst experience at other dentists before and you can bet your bottom dollar I will recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone! I seriously cannot say enough amazing things here. I had a root canal done and they were fantastic!

The hygienists and staff are great. But the dentist always seems to be in such a rush. I took my son in for a filling and he was so nervous and upset that we ended up leaving without the filling. The dentist was there for about 30 seconds, talked over my son, without actually seeing if he was hearing him, and said they couldn’t do it if he couldn’t stop crying. Then he left. I just didn’t feel like he had the time or cared at all about my sons feelings/fears and did nothing to try to calm him down. Very frustrating experience. His previous cleaning, the dentist was the same way. Super rushed and didn’t take time to talk to him or explain anything. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It was going to take 4 months for us to get in at our regular MetroDentalcare. We got in right away at Grove Dentist and they were so good! Friendly staff and excellent dentist. I would recommend this small business to anyone!

The Staffs ,especially the receptionist is very inconsiderate and kind of disrespectful. The address I received took me to BrookWest Family Detistry ,after waiting for about 7 minutes, the receptionist there told me it always happens. They were not considerate or anything about the situation and the receptionist keep shouting like it's an ear clinic. I wish I didn't bring my service there. I will not recommend this place to anyone. It was a waste of my time and money.

I just got off the phone with the receptionist because the dental has done my xray and measurements so it would be quicker to just get a clean. However the receptionist said because of my above review they can not offer services to me. So watch out for those great reviews you're seeing from other customers, they might be getting some kind of reward. BECAUSE if I can't freely express my experience without retaliation, then they might be hiding something. This is America and we have the freedom which include why Google has the review feature.
