I visited the office about a month ago with my grandparents and the doctor's services were great. She was able to perform cleanings for both of them simultaneously, which was really nice. She and her staff were also very friendly the whole time.

Sometimes quick sometimes slow.
Not throughly cleaned and you can hear everyone else in the place.

Inappropriate tv shows on my son's tv that the assistant takes peeks at while with my son.

I have been at this dentist place for 4 times in the last two years. They routinely rush to clean and exam the teeth. Plus, the hygienist just assumed I only brushed my teeth once a week and I drank coffee all the time. Even though I repeatedly told her I don't drink coffee. The lady at the front desk told me that she had to leave for break so therefore she could not help me. I was stuck waiting for 30 minutes and no one came to the front desk to help me check in. Once the front desk lady came back from break she said told me, "I was just about to leave and now you are making me stay longer." By the end, I never got to my appointment. Please don't waste your time here.

What does it take to get them on the phone? I never get anything but a voicemail whether I call in the morning or the afternoon! If your phones are that busy, hire more staff otherwise fire your current lousy receptionist. Few years ago I took one of my kids there and the hygienist was very abrasive when she talked to us...that on top of the fact that it took weeks of phone tag just to get an appointment was just annoying.

I find it interesting that we are required to make an appointment only to sit in the waiting room for 50 minutes to be seen and then they do the quickest and shoddiest job and then push us out. Inappropriate, disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright rude. DO NOT go to this dentist, you will be sorry.
