Sandy (sp?) took care of me, i.e., cleaning and x-rays. She did a great job. Dr. Lederman had a look-see at films and at the teeth themselves as well as surveilled for oral cancers. He asked after my home dental hygiene program - all in all, a very reassuring experience.

Ok, in some closet in the office has to be the haloes and Angel wings these ladies wear to work.
I broke a tooth over the weekend on a business trip and even though I was 800 miles from home they were able to get me in and seeing a fantastic doctor before I could finish the paperwork.
A fantastic experience with a super group of people.
I will now fly the 800 miles to call this group my dentist family.

I have been going to this practice diligently for a number of years and they did not properly clean or take care of my teeth. Now I have to have dental surgery. To be fair I was "under the care" of Wendy Bach who sold it to the new dentist Dr. Ari Lederman. However, the practice seems no different. While I thank them for opening up during this time it is the typical Minnesotan place.
Follow up: After I posted the review above Dr Lederman called me up.
He spoke with me for about 15- 20 Minutes and answered my questions and listened to me. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 as I believe he is trying. I will follow up with my experience as dentistry can cause so many problems and so much pain (physically and mentally).
