Ivory Dental Group

Ivory Dental is fantastic. I highly recommend. I love my hygienist Chris, she deserves a raise. She introduced me to arestin, to help my gum health and was very up front about the cost. She’s cheerful and chatty which is a nice distraction from the discomfort that comes with cleanings. And, of course, she’s very good at the cleaning.

Front office staff, dental hygienist, and dentist were friendly and professional. The environment was clean and allowed for social distancing. I had a difficult time finding a dentist after I had lost mine at the medical arts building when he retired and did not want a corporate owned dentist like I went to once which was very impersonal and sterile. As stated above, this office and staff had a comfortable environment and the staff provided patients with reassurance they would be taken care of through their confidence and skills however, I did have one concern. I left the office with a cut to the corner of my mouth. It must of happened with the flossing of my teeth or when the x- rays were taken of my teeth. I had that cut for about ten days and it was not there when I went into the dentist. I definitely will be going back to the same dentist however, if a similar concern happens, I will not. I don’t usually post negative reviews however, I thought this relevant. That was my only concern. Everything else was good.

My previous dentist--whom I loved and had been my dentist for almost 40 years--retired and I had to find a new dentist. I went to a couple of dental offices and was put off by either the staff or the dentist being too pushy and not friendly/too cold. I was referred to Ivory Dental through a co-worker and have been with Dr. Brenny and Kris, my dental hygienist, for several years now and my husband also goes to them. They are professional but friendly, skilled, and up-to-date on procedures. The staff is very efficient and helpful, I've never had an insurance or billing issue. I knew I would have a difficult time finding a replacement for my retired dentist but when I found Dr. Brenny and Kris I knew I had found my new dental office.

Thank you for being so conscientious and careful. I was nervous for my appointment as it was my first since before the pandemic. All your procedures are so safe, and you answered all my questions--thanks!! And Chris did a fantastic cleaning--she is awesome! Despite over 18 months since my last cleaning, it didn't hurt a bit. Glad you all have stayed safe, and I so appreciate the great care you take of me!!!

Since I moved to Minneapolis in 2018, I have been going to Ivory Dental Group. Chris and Dr. Brenny are the kindest people that you could ever ask for when going to an appointment. They make you feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed, and although it's the dentist, I have enjoyed every visit I have had with them.

I've been a patient of Ivory Dental Group for the past 5 years and cannot speak highly enough of the team and service here. Chris is a wonderful hygienist who is quick and efficient but doesn't leave you feeling rushed and always takes the time to talk through what she is doing. She's friendly, down to earth and tells great stories. And it's always great to see Dr. Brenny at the end of my visits to get his checkup and catch up on life. This practice really cares about the patient experience and prides itself on what it has built. You cannot go wrong with Ivory Dental!

I’ve been a patient at Ivory Dental for 6 years and can’t recommend it enough! Everyone at the practice is so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. You can tell they care about you as a person as well as a patient. My early morning appointments always put me in a good mood for the rest of the day!

I was lucky to find such a great dentist office. Ivory goes way beyond the base requirement to provide great service, as well as take precautions for their patients' safety. They make you feel at home and they're trustworthy when it comes to their expert opinions. I look forward to seeing Dr. Brenny and Chris every 6 months.

I was very satisfied with my recent appointment at Ivory Dental Group. My appointment had to be rescheduled due to covid considerations, and when they were finally able to get me in, they made the process of going in very easy and safe. Chris in particular maintained her usual chipper perspective despite all the additional stresses they have to deal with. It’s weird to say that I “enjoy” going to the dentist, but I can honestly say that I enjoy the staff and will look forward to catching up again on my next visit.

Great crew. I've been going here for decades. Tried a couple of other places when I married and moved out to the burbs, but now I make the drive in to town because Ivory is the best place for dental care.
