Friendly and competent team to clean your teeth and check that there are no outstanding dental problems. Dr Norah Hoverson is very thorough and keeps good records from one appointment to the next.

What a great office---who else will play your choice of music, personally curated to your chair space!? This time (for my January 2023 cleaning visit, which I dreaded a little, not having flossed for three months), I asked for Kate Wolf, a lovely folk singer who got me through grad school in the late 70s. As superb hygienist Shanna began my 2023 dental cleaning, there were my favorite songs from Kate Wolf's vintage album wafting through my brain, and making me forget that my teeth were getting an olympic workout in a much-needed power cleaning. Shanna was warm, super-smart and professional, and left my mouth, teeth and gums feeling like I'd run a dental 10K--it felt so good, and gave me religion about no more lackadaisical dental self-care (floss!!). A shout-out to Brenda at the front desk and Shanna for cheerfully making sure the music was arranged. Last but not least, kudos to Dr. Nora Hoverson--the office's warm, kind, smart dentist, a great diagnostician with a sense of humor and wise tooth advice, who sets the friendly, professional vibe of the office, and another star in the constellation of superb dentists who have kept me coming to this office for the past 40 years. I appreciate that Dr. Hoverson is conservative in her treatment plan, explaining pros and cons in detail, and careful to protect from problems or emergencies down the road. A great office, and unlike many others in town, you can get in without weeks of delay, even the next day if you need it.

I came to this office for the first visit in two years (thanks COVID!) Dr. Hoverson and her staff treated me very well. Her dental hygenist was especially kind to me. I am a very anxious patient due to past experiences and a ton of gum recession (sharp, cold zings anyone?!) The best way to help me is to make sure I'm really really numb, and this office took care of that perfectly. I was able to get a successful , thorough cleaning and multiple cavities filled ---without freaking out and having to leave. Thank you.

Nicollet Mall Dental Arts is an exemplary PRIVATE PRACTICE located on the SEVENTEENTH FLOOR of the Medical Arts building on Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis. Norah Hoverson, DDS was the recipient of a Top Dentist award from Women in Medicine in 2021. This year she was named Top Dentist by Findatopdoc.com. Having recently completed treatment for three dental crowns, it's easy to see why Dr. Hoverson is rated so highly by peers and clients. Dr. Hoverson is something of a perfectionist. She wants to get things right and it's obvious she takes pride in her work. She is careful, precise, and highly skilled. As a result, my new crowns are exceptional: perfectly matched to my tooth color, flawlessly crafted to fit my weird teeth, very comfortable, and completely natural-looking. I really could not believe how fantastic my teeth looked when I first saw them in the mirror. If you need crowns (or other dental care) Nicollet Mall Dental Arts is the place to go! Everyone on Dr. Hoverson's team is skilled and dedicated to their work. From the Office Manager, Brenda, who coordinates scheduling and helps with insurance questions (among many other things), to the hygienists, to licensed and certified Dental Assistant, Tashe, Nicollet Mall Dental Arts is a first-rate dental practice.

Dr. Hoverson is the best dentist i’ve ever been to! I had a cavity filled and it was the easiest and least stressful one i’ve ever experienced. I was very nervous and Dr. Hoverson was very good at keeping me distracted and not scared. I also had a fill on my front teeth to shape them better. She matched the color perfectly and they look great! It looks very natural and she made sure that I loved them! Dr. Hoverson is very good at what she does and she does a great job at keeping her patients calm.
