I had a bad experience here and thought it was a one-off, until a family member had a similar experience. I don’t mind going to the dentist but going here made me apprehensive about having to go back. The hygienist was nice, but the cleaning was uncomfortable (again, not something I normally experience at the dentist). I had been excited about having a female dentist but Elizabeth came off as dismissive to both myself and my family member. On top of that, she insisted I, a female in my 20s with no symptoms, must have sleep apnea, and said this was the reason my teeth were shifting after having had braces. (An orthodontist I saw recently noted it was because of my bite... and my doctor confirmed I definitely do not have sleep apnea). I also saw Jeff who was nice, if unremarkable. I switched to a new location and am so glad I did.
