Despite the frequent turnover since coming to Owatonna, I have always gotten good care from the dentists and hygienists. Their systems and approaches are up to date and consistent.

I went to Dr Frette for 5 yrs after my dentist retired . He took my insurance . When he merged with Park Dental . They no longer did . The employee assured me . I could not pay out of my own pocket . . Which there was a waiver I could have signed . Waiting on my ins to change . To find out . They still
don’t accept it . Couldn’t go to any dentist . No emergency . Well
Guess what office staff . Your misinformation . Now. I need a deep cleaning of gums . All this because you refused to let me see Dr Frette . Which I would have paid for my cleaning . I only hope you never get older and are treated the way I was . People lives change , circumstances change . You look down on those that have financial issues and need some assistance . Shame on all of you !

My hygienist was Corrine and she was the nicest caring person I have ever come across! She made a few light hearted jokes to break my nerves and then started the cleaning. It wasn’t terrible I was actually pleasant! After Corrine’s cleaning Dr. Held came in and took a look at my teeth and instead of making jokes about how terrible they look or asking me how I eat or don’t I take care of myself as I have heard from previous dentists she took the time looked at them and asked questions of care. Is that senestive? Do you get cavities quickly or easily? Telling her I was told I had soft enamel she said she could see that. Instead of that’s false I’ve never heard of that or making me feel dumb as past denstists have she actually took time and explained what that means and how to handle it. This was an experience un-like anything I have ever experienced!!

Awful. Waste of my time and money. Refused to work on me because my blood pressure was too high with a wrist monitor while laying back part ways. I’m on medication for it and that’s good enough for my Drs. Could let someone know in advance it’s getting taken so they make sure with dr before traveling 45min for no reason. Plus they wanted me to pay cash day of appt so not like insurance had anything to say about it. The dental assistant was very nice at least. 👎

I waited a year to get my teeth cleaned and looked at. But when I got to my appointment they told me that I couldn't be seen. After they rescheduled it twice on me. I wouldn't say that they are professional at all a matter a of fact they are every on professional and unorganized

Dr. Held and LDA Debra were awesome! Debra is a hoot. I have very high anxiety about dentists, but I can honestly say the procedure was pain free. They did everything to ease my fear. Definitely have a new and somewhat excited patient!

Clean decent place giving them a single star based on Insurance policies my insurance changed they canceled my appointments basically dropped me as a patient even when I was willing to pay out-of-pocket because of that very poor place to do business dental work is a necessity and patience shouldn't be treated that way

Worst staff ever, tried scheduling 2 appointment and the front desk said they will call me back with my number. Never did. On two different occasions! Taking my business and my teeth’s elsewhere.

They take good care of their customers and they fill their needs. I recently got a tooth removed and I felt no pain. They are a good dental center. And they make sure you've got your next appointment ready before hand.

I've been going here for years. I like my hygienist, laura. She is very nice and does a great job. When the cleaning is done, I see my dentist/doctor...he is very nice. Does everything quick and asks if I have any questions.
