Dentist and staff were nice. The HUGE issue we have is with billing and insurance. We now have a bill for almost 800.00 and my husband already paid his portion for the estimate of over 200.00. They gave an estimate of an in network provider when they were not for our insurance. My husband set this appointment up so I believe there is fault on both parties for this insane bill. I use to be a front office manager for many dental offices previously and if someone's insurance came back as we were not in network I out of good faith would call the patient and let them know. Some patients would stay with the practice and others would not but at least they understood instead of getting a ridiculous bill in the mail. Also, before my husband even went in they sent a text to confirm the appointment and it stated that if he didn't cancel within 24 hours then he would be fined...Even before he was a patient! I get it when you are a patient most companies do have a cancellation policy which is fine, kind of puts a bad taste from the get go before even walking in the door. For everyone please check your insurance prior to going in. My husband should have checked ours to make sure they were PPO providers and the office should have of checked it or known that they weren't PPO providers with the insurance we have and let him know. So now we have our hospital bills from having a baby plus we are out almost 1,000 because of negligence.
