Kelly was very sweet and made going to the dentist much more relaxing! Wasn't terribly fond of Anna since I felt like she was really, really rough when poking around my gum line but will be back again soon!
Edit after last appointment -
Dropped to a one star after that last appointment. Had Anna again and she did okay until we got the the flossing part. I floss regularly and have NEVER had issues. First two teeth, it felt like the floss was going to rip apart when she did it. You ever get hair or corn silk stuck between your teeth? That's what it felt like. Told her that I didn't like the floss and she apologized and said it was part of a new shipment that they were trying out. Okay, fine. Someones gotta try out the new one and someone people might like it but it wasn't for me.
Swapped out the floss for regular waxed one and did fine until we got to the upper portion of my mouth. I don't think she was paying attention and rammed the floss into my gums so hard I yelped and started crying.
She apologized and wanted to keep going but I refused further care and ran out of there as fast as I could. I don't enjoy going to the dentist (who does?) but there was NO reason to be so rough and not pay attention to what you are doing. I've had 50+ dental cleanings in my life and never once have I refused care until today.
Sorry Aspen Dental but this isn't okay.

I had a very pleasant visit today. Dave and Kelly were very courteous and helpful and made sure I was comfortable through xrays and impressions. Also would like to mention Lemar who was very helpful working out a payment plan for me that fit my budget Also to Dr Morgan for explaining everything that was going to happen to me and make sure i understood it.. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Thankyou for a very pleasant appointment.
